HHLL Chi Machine, Chi Swing Machine for Aerobic Exercise and Vitality, Chi Miracle Machine Leg Exerciser, Swivel Disc, Deep Ankle Rest, Multi Speed

This is the second Chi machine I've owned. The first one I purchased in the late 1990's.This model is by far superior, being able to adjust the speed is a plus. The ankle placement is deep and comfortable.Worth the money!

You won't believe it until you try it. This is not a paid review I did not receive anything. I hold tension in my hips, between my shoulders, neck and jaw. If you really relax you can feel it drawing the tension out. Those spots actually got warm while in use. When your done your body buzzes. It's pretty cool. After the first use I noticed my muscles were looser and the pain and tension going away. My hips are the worst so they took a little longer and they hurt a bit after the 1st and 2nd use. I highly recommend this product.

This little device has surprised me... the first couple of days I was doing it twice a day because it was new... now I'm doing it once a day for about a month now... the reason I bought it was to help with circulation in my legs. And within days there was a noticeable difference, my feet are no longer ice cold, and brown spots that had started to form around my ankles are almost completely gone.. on top of that my blood pressure is down, I'm sleeping through out the night, when I used to have trouble sleeping due to restless legs.. not only that my knee and lower back feel better than its felt in years... I'm telling you, this thing really does work... it's a little weird and goofy while your doing it, but I'll trade that for all those health concerns any day of the week.. for circulation it IS a miracle machine..even if it was to break down tomorrow, I've already gotten my money worth and would buy another, but I don't think that will be a problem, it's a relatively simple machine and it's well built. Do yourself a favor, treat your body to this gizmo

I've used many of these type of chi machines in the past and this is by far not a stable machine.Whether on carpet or hardwood flooring, this machine will wobble and crab walk across the floor, putting my body at an angle by the time the cycle finishes.Really annoying how much this machine moves while using it and makes it uncomfortable to start off with my body straight and aligned and finishing with my legs angled to the far right or left, depending on which way the machine wobbles.

I bought this to help with lower back pain for my husband and leg pain for me. After using it daily for a few weeks it seems to help. Both of our pain has eased, and I feel that it is helping with circulation. The one negative I have is that the plastic block to put your legs on is not comfortable it is hard and digs into your legs because of the angles of the dents. The seller is aware of this (they tell you in the video to put a towel over it) and I cannot understand why they haven't changed the design to something more comfortable. If you put a thin pillow on top it is much more comfortable. They should make the block padded so that you are not bruised from the plastic. I will make my own pillow top for it but it cost them a star.

THE LEG MOVEMENT FROM SIDE TO SIDE CAN BE FELT INTO THE LOWER BACK.CON: THE "ON" SWITCH IS ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE MACHINE SO IT HAS TO BE TURNED ON BEFORE THE USER LIES DOWN.THE REMOTE CONTROL HAS IT'S OWN 'ON" SWITCH BUT IT IS JUST FOR CONTROLLING THE SPEED. ALSO THE REMOTE CONTROL ONLY GOES FROM 1- 6, THE FASTEST SPEED IS NOT VERY VIGOROUSBUT IT IS OK.

I’m a first time user. I’m very pleased with my purchase. It seems to be sturdy, makes little to no noise and is very easy to use. You do need a towel under your legs/ankle when they are in the cradle. I’m going to use mine 3x a day: before breakfast, after work-an hour before dinner and again at bedtime. It makes me tingle and I believe that it will help with circulation for sure. Drinking a glass of water before and after is necessary. You can position your hands at your side, under your neck(not clasped, but on top of one another) or stretched above your head. I don’t know about medical claims or scam , I just know how it makes my body feel and I love it. This is not a paid promo and I did purchase my machine myself. Buy one and try it! I think you will be pleasantly surprised :)

I WAS UNSURE WHICH MODEL TO BUY AND AT THE TIME THIS HAD NO REVIEWS BUT I WATCHED THE VIDEO AND I FELT GOOD ABOUT IT PLUS IS COMES WITH THE SACRAL PLATE AND CUSHION WHICH IS NOT NECESSARY BUT IS A REALLY GOOD THING TO HAVE. IT IS VERY VERY WELL MADE, HAS A GREAT LOOK COMPARED WITH THE OTHERS AND IT SITS LOWER AND IS MORE STREAMLINE THAN THE OTHER, FOR ME THIS WAS IMPORTANT AS THERE WOULD BE TOO MUCH TORCH ON MY KNEE WITH A HIGHER MODEL. I GRABBED A LOUNGE CHAIR CUSHION FROM MY YARD AND PUT MY YOGA MAT OVER THAT AND MORE ME IT IS SOOO PERFECT AND COMFORTABLE. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO DO THIS BUT IT MAKE THE EXPERIENCE FOR ME EVEN BETTER. I HAVE BEEN ILL AN LAYED UP FOR A LONG TIME AND MY NERVOUS SYSTEM IS LITERALLY SHOT I MEAN LITERALLY, AS A CONDITION AND THAT MAKES IT HARD TO MY SYSTEM TO CALM DOWN, IT'S A VAGUS NERVE ISSUE. THIS MACHINE WILL SAVE MY LIFE IT MAKE ME FEEL GREAT!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR A GREAT PRODUCT AND A GREAT PRICE!!!

We have definitely noticed a difference in mobility of the hips after using this Chi machine. My partner uses the swivel. I thought that the swivel was a nice touch, but my lower back hurts when I use it. Turns out you get a full body motion even without it. I also used it in I different way to help release my shoulder as it was very tight. Great motion to relax tight muscles. We use it daily before bed as it is quite calming.

Nice machine – just what I was looking for after my parents had one like it 40 years ago. The “10 minute” timer is actually 15 minutes, but it shuts off reliably and 15 minutes is just fine. The swivel disc thing seems useless, but some may find it helpful without the fabric case. The case is far too tight (took me ages to get the thing zipped up), and as a result there’s hardly any swivel with the disc inside the case. If someone needs the swivel, it may be worthwhile without the case, but I won’t be bothering with it.
