I also liked the thoughtful features, like the extra pockets and dedicated compartments, which make it practical for work, college, or travel. That said, I was a bit disappointed when I unpacked it. One of the pockets had a small tear, which was unexpected for a brand-new product. It's not a major issue, but it does affect the overall first impression and makes me question the quality check before shipping. Another thing I didn't like was the bottle holder pocket. It's smaller than I expected and doesn't fit my regular water bottle properly. I wish it had been made a little more spacious because that would have made the bag even more convenient for everyday use. Even with these minor issues, I still think it's a good bag because of its spacious storage, useful features, and attractive design. If the manufacturer improves quality control and makes the bottle pocket a bit bigger, this would easily be a five-star product.
