I give this a five star review because it did do what it is advertised to do. I personally used it steadily in my car, at the beach, at the pool and it was refreshing. It is small, easy to carry in a large purse, or definitely in a beach bag. I do not know the mechanics of how it works but would like it to get a little cooler. But, I used it often so it did do what I purchsed it to do which was move air and keep me cooler. I would suggest it for anyone who needs to be outside as it does hold a charge well.

It's not worth you wasting money

This fan is excellent

So I will say when in use this fan and the cooling plate are wonderful! I was in love, at first….after about an hour of on and off it died…so I charged it again thinking I didn’t charge it long enough and again….about an hour of off and on use, it died….the concept and design is amazing but it doesn’t hold a charge. I’ll be returning it….😢

The battery is long-lasting. This one works great for movement of air.
