The display is amazing - solid brightness, very sharp image, connects to anything - phone/Mac/Linux (tested on Ubuntu 26.04 on framework 16 laptop and a PC) The default carry bad is rather thin and it's designed for elegant use - I recommend to get some extra protective with padding if you plan to carry it daily.

I was very impressed by the overall build quality of this portable monitor—it feels sturdy and durable, and the screen clarity is excellent. It’s definitely a premium product, and you can tell just by handling it. One issue I encountered was with the default resolution: the text appeared way too small, making it uncomfortable to work for extended periods. Adjusting the resolution helped with readability, but unfortunately, that led to a noticeable drop in image quality. I eventually found a third-party app that offered more resolution options, and after some tweaking, I found the right one for my needs. It would be great if the manufacturer could offer a built-in way to set custom resolutions to make this process easier. The included protective case was a bit of a letdown. For the price of the monitor, I expected a higher-quality case. I’ll probably end up buying a more durable one separately to ensure better protection during travel. Also worth noting: the monitor only comes with a USB-C cable. It would be nice if it included a mini HDMI cable or a charging block to improve the experience. In conclusion, while the price is on the higher side, the excellent material quality and performance make it one of the best portable monitors I’ve tried. I know this is going to sound like a bought and paid for ad but I bought this with my own money. Ive been searching for something like this for probably 2-3 years and had no idea it existed shame on you Amazon. The fit finish and feel is fantastic. The screen quality is superb. The form factor in ability for it to become incredibly flat is probably under sold. Well, it’s not the lightest thing I’ve ever held in terms of portable screen configuration. It is still light for what it is as well as it’s capability I’d very well paid the weight penalty for the portability that it provides.. as someone who does a fair amount of traveling, but always needs a minimum of a few screens. This has been an absolute game changer for me because previous to this while the screen I had was larger. It was also requiring more hardware because I wanted to bring it up to high-level what I effectively gave up in screen space I also gave up in weight by purchasing this. If you have the money and you are someone who travels a lot definitely recommend getting this. The only thing I would say that would make this better is if it had some sort of hard magnetic over the screen protector to keep the screen from getting damaged given its size. And finally SOTU when’s the 17 inch version coming out?????!! 🤣. i’ll be waiting impatiently.

At first glance, it seemed like a nice monitor — compact, easy to connect, and with a convenient form factor. However, after using it for a couple of hours, I noticed a few drawbacks. Compared to a regular Mac display, the pixels are quite noticeable, which gives the picture a somewhat cheaper look. Another issue is with the color profile: after waking from sleep or reconnecting, the monitor sometimes reverts to a strange default color scheme. To fix it, I had to reset the settings to factory defaults. While it’s still usable and has its conveniences, I’d call it a rather debatable purchase overall.
