I like this product a lot. It is well made, safe to use with slip resistance top & sturdy. It does the vibration job very well. I have used several levels on it and I consider it to be a great tool for fitness. I am a fitness fanatic, doing pilates, hot yoga, yoga sculpt & walking as well. I feel that this vibration plate forces you to hold your core and glute muscles tight while using it, so right away you are working . I love the benefits of lymphatic drainage for the body while using the machine & also increasing your balance & stability. I intend to do more on it like holding planks & see where that gets me for the upper body & core too. This is a great tool to have at home. It does not take up much space at all, easy to use & I feel safe while using it. I haven't had it long enough to speak about weight loss, but I can see how easy that would come while using it, besides toning & sculpting the body. Completely addicting, I've been using mine for about a week or more and it's holding up well. Always perfect power, the levels allow for adjustment (my preferred levels are 5 - 9) and I'm finding more ways of exercising with the plate. What I love the most is just standing on it while adjusting the vibes - it seems to take away any aches and pains that develop over time. Sort of like the process of "rolfing", manipulating the joints to loosen up the fascia and relax the aches. The size is good considering I can push it towards the wall when not in use, but it isn't too heavy to tote to other rooms so I don't disturb anyone else in the house. The pad is okay on my feet since I usually wear socks or shoes, but when I'm balanced in a plank position with my hands or forearms on the pad, I use a towel on the plate so that's it's more comfortable. Overall very easy to use, easy to clean, the only drawback is how loud the initial "voice" is when I turn it on. The animals run from the room but I think they're getting used to it (they return after it gets going).

I bought this after seeing it everywhere on TikTok and I’m glad I did! It’s a great quality product, easy to use, and truly works well for lymphatic drainage and a good workout. The only thing I wish is that it didn’t require a flat surface for the suction cups—I’d love to use it on carpet, but understand why it’s needed for stability. Overall, it’s comfortable to use, feels sturdy, and has become a key part of my fitness routine.

I love this product ! I'm a 63 yr old female, dont have the energy i once had for exercise. Very good for circulation, easy to use , you can even use sitting down, has several speeds. The research that i have done highly recommends for osteoporosis , circulation , muscle tone & more. Also, very good quality !

Love this! I am in school and find myself spending hours at the desk. This helps me loosen up my muscles so much. It has a setting so after 10 mins it automatically turns off, which is nice to just hop on first thing in the morning for ten mins while I gather my thoughts, and then I just go on every time I feel something ache or my muscles feel like they need movement. I even bring my laptop on a tall counter near it so I can still work while it shakes my muscles awake. Also, I read that using it helps with your endorphins, and I was skeptical, but honestly I do feel happier after each use. The noise is minimal; my scaredy cat doesn't even move for, like, the first 3 mins that is, and then gets confused. I probably wouldn't have it on in the background of a zoom, but if you're just passing by the office, I don't think you'd know it was even on. As for the sturdiness, its great. I have it on carpet now, and its got a little wobble if you're not standing on it right in the middle. But I also had it on the hardwood, and the suction cups on the bottom really hold, so much so that you have to really put in work to get it off. I'm sitting all day at a computer, so yes it is a great value for the money. I don't think I can stop using it. When you are in pain from sitting long hours and don't have time for the gym or a walk, it 100% a necessity at this point.
