I like this product a lot. It is well made, safe to use with slip resistance top & sturdy. It does the vibration job very well. I have used several levels on it and I consider it to be a great tool for fitness. I am a fitness fanatic, doing pilates, hot yoga, yoga sculpt & walking as well. I feel that this vibration plate forces you to hold your core and glute muscles tight while using it, so right away you are working . I love the benefits of lymphatic drainage for the body while using the machine & also increasing your balance & stability. I intend to do more on it like holding planks & see where that gets me for the upper body & core too. This is a great tool to have at home. It does not take up much space at all, easy to use & I feel safe while using it. I haven't had it long enough to speak about weight loss, but I can see how easy that would come while using it, besides toning & sculpting the body. Seller sent this promptly to me & it arrived well packaged.

10/10 I’ve been thinking about purchasing a plate for a while now I’ve used them on and off with horses over the years but never owned one personally. I ran through the auto settings on the first run and I’m super impressed my body feels relaxed for the first time in a long time after use. I can’t wait to have this part of my regular daily routine. This was easy to use and much lighter than I expected it to be. Speed settings have a good variety. Overall impressed with the quality. Good balance is required, there were a few times I leaned a little too far. Overall one use great for pain relief. Would buy and recommend

I’ve been dealing with muscle tightness, fatigue, joint pain, cervical issues, and muscle spasms for months. Really more like years. I was stuck in flight or flight and no matter what I did, physical therapy, supplements, muscle relaxants, I could not get my body to respond. I’ve had the vibration plate for less than a month and I already feel so much better. My muscles are relaxing my neck and back spasm is barely there. My lymph nodes are going down and I’m down from 156lbs to 153 lbs. most importantly, my body feels the difference. I’m feeling so much better. While I was skeptical, I am not a believer. I need to apologize to my best friend who has been trying to get me to buy one for over a year and i didn’t want to due to it feeling gimmicky. Nope. It works : ). If you’re hesitant, try it. I bought it but it doesn’t feel as strong as hers.hers had me itching. She Sent me the link to her exact one. I’m also confused on the Bluetooth. I don’t have an option for that. Also, what is the piece of rubber for ? It’s too small for floor protection. This may have to go back. I need something a little stronger than this.

I cannot say enough good things about the Merach Vibration Plate. I bought it hoping it would help with the leg pain I deal with from my medication, and it has exceeded every expectation. Within minutes, I feel relief, and just using it for the past few days it has helped me feel less bloated and more energized. The best part is that it only takes about 10 minutes out of my day. I have used this vibration machine for about 5 days. I just use it while sitting on a chair. It seems very sturdy and I have gradually worked up to 10 mins on which it automatically turns off. I bought it to reduce leg swelling. I am not showing instant results, but I think my legs are a bit better and do feel a bit better. I am now up to 10 mins twice a day. I think that a longer period of time (weeks), may show more results. I would recommend it.

It does what it says, I’ve had it maybe 6 months using it once a day. It did make me feel sick the first few times with the vibration so I built up to 10. I don’t really think it helps with loosing weight(that’s what I got it for).

This is my 2nd power plate. I already know these things don't really help with weight loss, I use them more to get my lethargic lymphatic system a helping hand and some muscle stimulation. My last one from 10 years ago was double the height, triple the weight, took a lot of space and extremely loud to the extent it was impossible to watch TV and was just really horribly made. It finally went berserk so got rid and was not intending to replace it. However my lymphoma flare up forced me to have another look and I found this one £120 with voucher. I had low expectations as it looked so small and flimsy compared to my last one, but boy was I wrong! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to see it was made to a high standard, looks smart and is actually really sturdy but not too heavy that I can move it around. The vibrations are great and it was SO easy to connect to the Bluetooth speakers, a feature I didn't need but am actually using to listen to the radio (when I'm not even using it!). Even the sound quality is good, I'm really shocked!! After my first use I actually got that subtle muscle ache like I had done a work out. 🤯 I fully recommend this product! And I'm not paid or influenced to write this lol
