Rod and reel is just as good if not better than the company.
It’s very versatile. We are able to use it to pier fish or take on a boat to catch almost anything. It’s very sturdy but it has enough give to not snap the line. It goes all the way up to 50 lb string. But most importantly the company is very reputable. Both the rod and reel ship separate, however Amazon restricted them from having two shipping addresses on a combo, so please by weary of this. I thought I did not receive the full product and started the return with just the rod. They were patient with my impatience and sent me a paid shipping label for the reel two. They were considerate and I would do business with them again!

Caught 2 Mahi the first time I used it!
This rod and reel combo is great and was very sturdy pulling in Mahi for the first time using it.

Excellent travel rod and reel.
Caught a 40lb and a 25lb amber Jack slow pitch jigging with this outfit. I was the only one out of 3 to catch fish. Would highly recommend. The rod was bent in a tight U and didn’t break.
