Elmer's E855 Carpenter's Wood Filler, 3.25-Ounce Tube, White

I picked this up to fill a handful of nail holes and small gaps while wrapping up some trim work, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. The tube makes it easy to apply without making a huge mess, which is a nice change from digging into a giant tub with a putty knife. It spreads smoothly, dries fairly quickly, and sands down without turning into concrete. Once I painted over it, I honestly couldn't tell where the repairs had been. For little projects around the house, the 3.25-ounce tube is the perfect size and doesn't take up much room in the toolbox. One tip is to put the cap back on as soon as you're done. Wood filler seems to have a personal grudge against being left open for even a minute. 😂 If you're tackling trim, baseboards, or patching small imperfections before painting, this stuff is worth having on hand.

This wood filler works really well. Problem is that this tube fills very little. I had 8 very tiny screw holes and this was not enough. If you only have a couple small picture hanger holes this will do. If you have more look elsewhere or buy more than 1 tube.

It dries hard, will not shrink and leave dimples after you paint it. Also it's far more impact resistant than the popular fast drying drywall fillers sold. This seller had the best price on Amazon, shipping was as scheduled by Amazon.

Does exactly what it says. Used it to fill screw handle holes on kitchen unit doors and drawers. A little bit runny but still very good to use. Sanded and painted over with water based gloss. Happy with the finish.
