I am very impressed with the LAURA GELLER Baked Balance-n-Brighten Colour Correcting Powder Foundation in Light. It applies beautifully, feels lightweight on the skin, and provides a natural-looking finish without appearing cakey. The colour matched my complexion well and helped to even out redness and minor imperfections. The coverage is buildable, so it can be worn lightly for everyday use or layered for a more polished look. It lasts well throughout the day and leaves my skin looking smooth and radiant. I would definitely recommend this product and will be purchasing it again. A fantastic powder foundation that delivers exactly what it promises.

I’ve always preferred liquid foundations, but recently I’ve found they seem to settle into fine lines much more than they used to. After reading quite a few positive comments about this Laura Geller powder foundation, I decided it was worth trying something different. I’m really pleased that I did. The Porcelain shade is a good match for my pale skin, and because the powder contains different tones rather than being a flat colour, it gives a much more natural finish than I expected. It evens out my complexion without looking heavy, and I can build the coverage a little where I need it without it becoming obvious. It also blends very easily with a brush and leaves my skin looking much more even. It also copes well during one of my hot flushes. My makeup usually seems to suffer once I start feeling overheated, but this has stayed looking fresh much better than the liquid foundations I’ve been using. At the current price of £19.99, I think it’s excellent value, especially as very little product is needed each time. It’s made such a good impression that I can see this becoming my everyday foundation from now on.

I’ve been using the Light to Medium shade and it matches my skin tone really nicely. The powder feels very soft and lightweight on the skin, and it blends easily without looking heavy or cakey. It gives my complexion a healthy, slightly glowy look which I really like for everyday wear. It’s not a full coverage foundation, so it won’t completely hide pigmentation or darker spots. If you need more coverage you may still want to use concealer or another foundation underneath. However, for a natural look it works very well and evens out the skin tone nicely. I like that it can be used on its own for a quick, natural finish, or over liquid foundation to set makeup. Overall it’s a lovely product if you prefer a light, natural look rather than heavy coverage.

This is fantastic. I’ve used Bare Minerals loose powder foundation for years which I love but my skin has changed with age and I just can’t get the right shade anymore. So I believed the hype and tried this and I’m so happy. It’s like a baked version of the BareMinerals loose powder with some mineral veil added in. Half the price too so win win. It’s easy to apply and is very lightweight but definitely covers my reddened areas with no patchiness or orange colour. It really does blend to my natural skin tone,It’s fairly matte if you apply it thickly so I’ve ordered the satin finish version too whilst the Amazon Prime deals are on. It doesn’t settle into fine lines and stays on for a few hours. I used moisturiser and primer first. I chose the shade by the photos of the models, I’m normally medium is most foundations but light was the best choice from this company.

I was looking for something to give my skin a little bit of colour and coverage during the hot weather. I usually use a tinted moisturiser or Trinny London BFF shade light medium. I decided on shade light after much deliberation. So here’s what I found. The compact is very nice and comes with a small mirror in the lid. I found the texture of the powder to be very slightly “gritty” in texture compared with other face powders, I can only put this down to the pearlised parts of the powder which serve as highlighter. I also found the shade a bit light for my skin tone and think that I probably should have gone for medium,( I didn’t choose medium as some reviews said that it made their complexion rather orange!) Hopefully I can use this during winter and autumn months when my skin is naturally slightly paler. So to sum up, would I buy again? Probably not, it’s not a bad product but I feel that it’s a bit overhyped, it certainly didn’t give me any coverage as shown on the videos and didn’t do anything for my wrinkles lol. What it did do was brighten my skin slightly with a hint of colour. It’s also quite expensive unless you get it on a deal as I did. As they say on TV, “other face powders are available” and you may well find something better on Amazon. All in all, I’d give it 3/5 stars, hope you find this helpful!

As a lady of mature age I have had to change my foundation over recent years and I’ve tried a few and nothing compares to Laura Geller! This powder is a great foundation for daytime and evenings out, and the mini versions for touch ups when your on the go ! I have all of these 3 powders in 3 different shades for different times of the year and I just wouldn’t be without them now. I just love how light this powder feels on your skin even if you layer it on, you barely feel it - unlike heavy liquids or mousses and creams - and you can give yourself a bit more coverage when you need it! The fact that it’s baked is fantastic too so it works in tandem with the LG blushes and bronzers in perfect harmony I’m just addicted to the whole range now.

I never thought I would change from liquid foundation to a powder bake. But I have to say this is great it gives a thinner layer of cover but it still looks fresh, less lines/wrinkles compared to a liquid foundation. Easy to apply with the brush this is a must purchase especially if you are looking for a less caked effect & more natural appearance.

I was dragged into the hype of this and couldn't resit. Ordered last night and it arrived this morning. What a surprise to find it is actually really good :) the box was undamaged as was the powders inside ( a few reviews with badly damaged products ) there are guides on how to use the product which is helpful for me as I tend not to wear a lot of make up and haven't a clue on what goes where with all the products on the market. Currently I only ever wear a good moisturiser, mascara and eye liner with a nice lip balm. This set ( I bought the starter set as well ) is going to encourage me to wear a little make up now as is so easy to use and doesn't look caked on. Really light to wear. A little on the expensive side but I guess you get what you pay for. Glad I bought it. Really happy with my new powder and the starter set. Only a four star as it is a little pricey for what it is, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I ordered the shade Fair but it is way too dark - even with the smallest amount it's far too dark to use. Disappointed, was a waste of money.

Was sooo looking forward to this product after seeing the reviews and also going on their website.. the color to light for my skin tone and the powder makes my skin look very powdery and dry. Don’t like it at all, such an pity cause I thought it’s my foundation problem solved
