Awesome Product, Heavenly Support Team
First of all I would like to add that this review is long overdue, the first set of these very beautiful swans I had a huge problem with. However, a huge thanks going out to the seller and their support team for sending me out another set on the tin. As you can see in the included photo they are very beautiful swans as well as very nicely sized. The first set I had a major problem with the necks being detached from their bodies, this is of course where the seller stepped up big for me and that resulted in a happy customer. The necks are very secure on this set of swans and therefore definitely deserves a five star rating, simply because the seller wanted to do all that they could to make things right, and that's exactly what they did for me. This is what it's all about in the first place. I went from being a customer that was scared to give them another shot to a customer who will most definitely return again and again.
