I have been searching the whole internet for a vegan sunflower lecithin. This was the only brand I could find and although a bit pricey, I am definitely pleased. As an exclusively pumping mom, before taking sunflower lecithin I would get clogs all the time. It was extremely painful and I was so scared it would turn into a mastitis infection every time. After I started to take these supplements daily, I have never once gotten a clog. I don’t know what kind of magic is in here but it just works. Every breastfeeding and pumping mom should use these. I don’t know if i would even continue my pumping journey if it weren’t for these supplements. The pill itself is a soft gel capsule and doesn’t have a bad tase. They’re very easy to swallow. I will keep purchasing these until I’m done with my pumping/breastfeeding journey and will recommend this to all the breastfeeding moms I know! Thank you!

I’ve used this product to prevent clogs while breastfeeding. It has worked really well. I haven’t had a single clog since I started regularly taking this supplement. It also appears that it has upped the fat content in my milk. I originally bought a much less expensive sunflower lecithin supplement but the pills were huge. I tried, but just couldn’t swallow them. I was really relieved to find that this brand made capsules. They are three times the price, but worth every penny to avoid clogs and mastitis. I’ve also read about the other advantages of sunflower lecithin and I feel good about the other pros of taking this supplement.

I searched extensively and this is the only lecithin supplement suitable for vegetarians or vegans. I had mastitis 3 times with my first child. I took this from the beginning with my second and never even had a clogged duct. Definitely recommend

Good stuff

These seem to work well for lactation but the taste is like rancid oil. I switched brands bc I couldn’t handle the taste and smell anymore.

My son and I are vegetarians and it’s hard sometimes to find plant based vitamins without gelatin and stuff and this is the only one I found. It tastes good and easy to swallow

Rancid, pills odd colored. They appear to have been overheated and capsules have liquid separated on one side and black on the other. Took several THEN realized, by process of elimination that they are giving me a headache every time I take one. WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND. DO NOT BUY THESE.

If you are a vegan or just wish to avoid gelatin capsules, this is your product. It is very costly, but it is the only vegan option on the market for lecithin in a vegan capsule. Easy to swallow. A++++++++++++
