A vitamin with 100% daily value of Iron. That is a rare find on the market. Many vitamins including Centrum’s women’s vitamin one a day contains only 50% daily value of iron. Iron are important for women who tend to suffer iron deficiency due to menstrual cycle. This one is a good and rare find.

Good multi with iron

These are my go-to daily vitamins. I like that they’re not super high in calcium because I already take a great liquid calcium supplement…(Bluebonnet Liquid-Bone Health) You’ve )got to be careful not to overdo on calcium if you’re already supplementing. (Watch out for non-organic almond milk too because I was shocked how much calcium they add to it, and I drink a lot of (always unsweetened!) almond milk. Most, but not all brands, of organic almond milk leave the calcium supplement out!

Due to medical issues, my dietician suggested taking a multivitamin and even recommended this brand in particular because it has had third-party testing. Beware, the pills are large, but they slide down pretty easily. No bad aftertaste either. Compared to grocery store or pharmacy prices, good value for money.
