Some of the mechanisms were broken, and they do not come with the metal clock hangers. That's the part that's most needed when making my clocks. I needed these for a show, and was not able to complete all of my clocks because there were no hangers. They came all dumped together in a sheet of bubble wrap, that was placed in a plastic bag. I just figured they should be in a box. The mechanisms that I did use did work, so that was a huge plus.

The hands will go on but it’s impossible to keep them from slipping out place. The hands are too easily bent and they’re very hard to get them working correctly
