We installed this in a Chevy Silverado, so that meant having to use bolts as it's specifically designed for the F150/250/350 series. Was easy enough to do and sits nicely in the truck bed. It seals quite well - if you sit on it you'll hear some air escape and we tested it out by leaving the truck outside during rainstorms and it held the seal nicely. Easy to close and lock and looks nice in the truck bed. We're very happy!

Thick top and well made, though, somewhat limited area. Works for adding toolboxes (regular size) and for saving space in our RV storage area. This tool box is sturdy, but, does not fit all the way across our truck bed. There is room for a large gas container on both sides. The latches are well made. No water from a recent rain got into the box.

This toolbox is well made with gasketed lids to keep your gear dry and contained. Each lid is lockable and there is a bonus small object tray in between the lids to store small items. The brackets make it easy to attach to the factory box link locations to secure and stabilize the box in your bed. It is nice that you can set up the box at the front or rear box link locations. The blow molded structure is tough and should withstand a lot of use and abuse.

This was a great addition to our 2023 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. We didn't end up mounting it to the bedrails because the first brackets fit into the slotted frame of our bed and keep it from moving backward, forward or tipping. You could mount it behind the bedrail if you wanted it more securely attached. We have a bed cover that keeps it in place and I can easily remove the tool box without tools when needed.

Box is good but the brackets do not fit in a 2025 Chevy Colorado.

I like the box except it leaves quite a bit of room on either side (I have a 2012 F-250 King Ranch). The instructions tell me to use the original screws that were in the original bracket. I didn’t have any “original” brackets. I’m going to need to buy some self tapping screws for this bracket in order to attach it to the bed and use the provided pan heads to attach to the bracket on the box. Also, in the description is uses says extra Molle panels. The “extra” panels are the 2 that come with it. I ordered this to use for storage immediately as I was going to Helene areas for work. Now, I have to go and buy my own hardware to mount this box that should have been included. I was looking forwards to the “extra” molle panels for my hi lo jack. As I said, Eh…..I kinda like it and then I kinda don’t. We’ll see how it works and I’ll update this review *Update*- The box has been ok. What I’m not happy about is the way it’s mounted creates a very hard to get to area behind the box to clean fall/winter leaves out from. The worst part is the locks. I’ve been broken into numerous times and it is very easy to pry the locking mechanism up and out of the locking bar and bracket. I can tell it’s very easy to break into because it’s easy for me to fix the locking bar back into its original place. It’s very soft metal and is easy for me to bend back into place. Other than the way it’s mounted, the space behind the box and the flimsy locks it’s a good box. Not worth the price but good. As in average. Like a toddlers toy box average.

This truck bed tool box is being used on a porch to store outside items such as small tools, cordless tools etc to keep them handy and protected from environment. You can even use it to have packages delivered to. Very versatile, strong plastic and so far waterproof.
