Great amino content and taste and value for money. Seems to help muscle recovery especially when cutting. Mixes okay with water, but I prefer it more concentrated.

This stuff is SO sweet, even at half the suggested amount, that my teeth blurred and my eyes rang. Please note that I love sweet things, so this is odd. I'm diluting it to one third of the suggested amount and that sort of works, but I won't buy this flavour or brand again

I've noticed this absolutely helps with my recovery after an intense workout. I'm not as sore as I would be when I don't take it during or after I finished my session. I also use it as pre/in/post workout and it seems to be fuelling my muscle and helps me push past the wall that often builds up when fatigue sets in. The taste is great. Wasn't a fan at first but it works for me now. Make sure you mix it with plenty of water tough, for those who don't have a sweet tooth.
