Cryder non stick 14 in pan
Arrived yesterday. I used it to scramble 18 eggs for a church breakfast. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Eggs did not stick any more than my previous non stick pan that I loved but had to replace. Eggs turned out great and pan clean upTook less than five minutes in warm soapy water with out scrubbing. See pictures. Oh, also cooked patty sausage in pan and it seared and cooked nicely.

Giving 5 stars because the price was so low. I got a deal at $53.Lid seems kind of lightweight in a cheapo sense, but I guess just don't drop it(?) But it fits and works well. The pan is Huge, cook a lot of food in there. The two handles work great and remain cool.I'm a fan of one pan cooking. LolMetal utensil use - A-Okay. Nonstick and clean-up, right on the money!Not put in oven, not really a method I use

I'm not a complainer, but there's plenty to complain about here. Big disappointment!
I'm a former professional cook, 20 years in restaurants and catering. I've been seeing these hybrid hex pans being used by chefs all over YouTube, and I couldn't wait to try them. So, I purchased 3 different models (the round one above, a 12" stir-fry pan, and a 10" skillet). I want to love these pans, I really do. But I don't. I really don't.I've been using the pan pictured above for approximately 2 months, and while I've seasoned it according to the instructions (multiple times!), it is very temperamental. It has a tendency to burn in the middle, despite careful monitoring. I thought perhaps the problem was my stovetop (I have a glass top electric stove), so I purchased a set of flame tamers. That didn't help. I've encountered the same issue with my 10" skillet. I can't even make scrambled eggs in it without it sticking horribly.In all honesty, I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated. I doubt I would be able to return the pan, as it has been used multiple times, though I wish I could. Sadly, I cannot recommend this new hybrid hex technology. If you want a good nonstick pan, go with Anolon or Calphalon.
