It works without problems, I use it on daily basis and never let me down, it charges my battery in about 2/3 hours as I leave it over night to chrage. Build quality is ok as it is devalt and also has a little fan working when it charges the battery to prevent from overheat. Overal great value for money.

It works, and it fits my original and after market batteries
Been using this daily for two weeks in my metal workshop. It charges my original DeWalt batteries and my after market batteries too. It can get warm pretty quick - the lights on the unit alert you to this as long as you keep an eye on it. I haven't left it charging overnight but then it charges my batteries from flat within an hour.
