Jury Is Still Out, But Tastes Great
I got this product because I am older and have chronic knee pain - not debilitating, just takes my joints a long time to be ready to do anything. I have read about the benefits of glucosamine and chondroitin, so I thought that I would give this a shot. First off - it tastes good. I mix a packet (shaken, not stirred) with water in the morning and it is easy to drink. It says that results can be seen as quickly as 2 days, but I've been using for over a week and haven't noticed anything dramatic. I might be a little more flexible, but hard to tell for sure. I'll keep using and if it helps, I'll add it to my regular routine.

Gentle on my tummy!
I’ve been using this for a week and already notice less stiffness in my knees! The discomfort of knee pain has subsided a little and I can tell this is working. Nice lemon flavor and dissolves easily in water, value for the money is a little off but if it works then I am all for it!

I have used this product for many years. I am 72 years old with all original parts and believe this has helped my joints stay stronger.

It's just okay.
It doesn't dissolve well in cold water, it lumps and clumps. I don't make smoothies, so I use it in my hot teas because of the lemon taste and it dissolves well in hot water. I haven't noticed much of a difference but I've only used it for 2 weeks now. So I guess we'll see after a while.

Caused swelling and pain in gums.
This product used at the recommended dosage or less caused swelling and pain in my gums. Cannot use. No returns allowed.

4 stars based on potential results, and flavor. Not a great value.
Many of the Glu, Cho, MSM supplements are pills and can be quite large to take. Having a powder that can be easily added to water, makes it easier to swallow. There is not way to know if it works, but if I feel like I need to take a supplement, this is a better way and it actually tastes quite good. The powder has to be shaken, not stirred to mix with water, but if you have a mixing/shaker bottle it works well. The price for only a 30-day supply is a little steep, and that is reason for the 4 stars, plus not sure of its effectiveness.
