Since starting them I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my health, particularly in my hair, nails, skin and energy however I’ve also been researching supplements for perimenopause/ menopause and at the minute the only supplements I need to increase is calcium which I’m likely getting from my diet anyway and magnesium which I take at night.The vitamins are reasonably priced and at the minute I haven’t found an alternative that matches the price and quality.
