Beautiful and great knife. Very sharp. I only use it for cutting/carving meat. Feels good in my hand. I hand-wash it immediately after use and put it back in the box.

Shocking quality at that price, nice and sharp, good edge, real wooden handle. I am going to buy the cleaver after getting the nakiri knife.

Best Knife ever! It has a nice handle and it sharp. It has a little weight but not too heavy to handle. Great price ! Love it !

Very sharp for the first two or three days after I bought it - including chopping tomatoes without squishing them. Not so after that. It still cuts the tomatoes. But! I still like the knife because it gives a clean cut to all other vegetables, fish, meat etc. the handle is made of plastic like material. The knife has been in the dishwasher a few times and I have been regularly using it for the past few months and I really like it and it’s durable. I real appreciate this knife when I use the regular grocery shop knives and then use this again. There is so much of a difference between them. I had bought another knife from the same company and liked it. So bought this one and I am not disappointed.

Gave as a Christmas gift and had a chance to use them right out of the box....well balanced...sharp as ever and contruction is very well built....so go I ordered a set for myself....definite a good product
