For texture and flavour the choc and caramel diablo sauces are about as nice as you will find for low carb alternatives,the texture is perfect,taste is authentic,that said maltitol has a glycemic index of 35 so if diabetic please be careful,it won't rise your levels like table sugar but it's not a 0 glycemic index like stevia or erythritol,also the delivery of diablo products can be unpredictable,but must admit for quality their chocolate and sauces are superb for taste,but again,maltitol does raise your blood sugars,albeit with me only a little,but i am not diabetic....i hope!

I really like this and I didn’t think I would of done

First and foremost if this is a fully sugar free sauce its not so bad. It's quite thick but it is also clear so it doesn't have that creamy quality I like with my chocolate sauces.It is very bitter and not very sweet at all, so it would be good if you're on a diet.

It's delicious! But be careful! This product contains maltitol. It is a sugar substitute and it is very much in quantity here. It leads to severe intestinal and abdominal upset.
