Typhur stands by their products 100%. Had some issues with my first gen and needless to say they have taken care of me completely. I loved My quad but had a couple of issues with the probes from the first gen. Otherwise it is still extremely accurate and well built. Because they had moved on to a newer generation and the probes would not be compatible they offered me a complete upgrade free of charge. They deserve at least five stars for their customer service alone! The only thing I don't like about the new probes are the fact that the number to designate each probe is on the shaft rather than the top of the head. It makes it important to remember which probe you put in which steak or the specific location on a piece of meat. Also, just like the first probes they really struggle to communicate with the handset through a Weber kettle 22. No problem in my home oven though.

I absolutely love this product! The interface is nice and its so easy to use. The ambient temperature reading has helped me to know where I have hot spots inside my smoker. The feature that predicts when cook time will complete is SO helpful in managing cook and meal time. Because of cook stalls, it is not perfect, but it adjusts in real time so that you know exactly what is happening and you can make adjustments. AND, the cloud connectivity allows me me to be far away from the smoker for monitoring - I can then use the cloud feature of my smoker to change temps, if needed. Finally, I don't have to deal with the wires of my old TempPRO! I love this company even more. After a year and half use, the battery life on two of my four probes was shortening. Typhur was so fast to respond and to completely replace my unit, free of charge, within a few days. I would highly recommend this product and company to anyone!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't usually leave reviews, but Typhur absolutely earned this one. The thermometer itself has been fantastic. It's accurate, easy to use, connects quickly, and has completely changed the way I cook larger cuts of meat. The app is intuitive, and the probes have been reliable. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. I accidentally damaged one of my probes by using it outside of its intended specifications. It was 100% my mistake—not a defect with the product. I reached out to Typhur expecting to buy a replacement, but their support team was incredibly kind, responsive, and sent me a replacement probe anyway. They communicated clearly throughout the process, provided tracking, and made everything effortless. In a world where great customer service is becoming rare, Typhur stood out. They stand behind their products and genuinely care about their customers. If you're on the fence, I'd recommend this thermometer without hesitation. Great product backed by an even better company.

Fantastic product. No issues with range we're dropping out. Will continue to broadcast when my pellet grill is closed. One of my probes went out after months and they replaced it without a hassle. Fantastic company and a great product.

Great product and great customer service.

This unit is simply amazing. I use it when I need to prevent over cooking my steaks, brisket or turkey. It allow me to et back to the games or even sleep when I smoke my Meats 🍖. I get alerts ⚠️ whenever the ambient temp or the internal temp gets too high. I bought the 4 thermometer unit because at times you need more than 2 to accurately ensure the bigger Meats 🍖 get cooked properly.

All 4 probes not working after 11 months. Base still charges but probes are not recognized after removing them from base. Incredibly disappointing considering how expensive it is.

This is a great thermometer. Had an Inkbird and several others, all were terrible. I can leave the base station inside and the Bluetooth thermometers will work in my pellet and charcoal smokers... and the alarms actually work! Can't say enough good things about this. Bought one for my dad for Father's day and he loves it. Don't hesitate.
