Fantastic Set — Great for Casual to Professional Gunsmiths
This 43‑piece gunsmithing screwdriver set is outstanding. Whether you’re a casual hobbyist or a professional gunsmith, this kit delivers exactly what you need. The bits fit firearm screws correctly without slipping or damaging them, and the magnetic handle feels solid and comfortable during detailed work. What really sets this kit apart is the case. It’s rugged, compact, and extremely well‑organized — perfect for keeping in the truck, tossing into a range bag, or carrying as part of an everyday toolkit. Everything snaps securely into place, so nothing rattles around or gets lost. It’s genuinely “tactical‑friendly” and field‑ready. Overall, this set offers excellent quality, smart organization, and real practicality. Highly recommended for anyone who works on firearms, from casual users to full‑time pros.

Wheeler is a good brand; but these are not good tools.
Had these for over a year, only used them a few times (not a gunsmith). These are not hardened tools, and they don't fit well. Specifically, one of the bits got rounded off while trying to remove a bolt holding a picatinny rail to the receiver of a rifle. It was torqued to 18 in lbs. I like my Wheeler bore sight tool and FAT Wrench; but this Gunsmithing Screwdriver set is not good.

Good quality. Could use more flat bits.

Fits great in a range bag
I got this for my brother as a birthday gift. He goes to the range a lot and I wanted him to have a compact kit that he could take but not take up room in his bag. I love that it has so many different sizes to choose. He hasn’t complained about it not working right or not staying magnetized or rusting (he lives at the beach so salt water air is a thing to deal with) I am overall happy I choose the Wheeler 43- piece gunsmithing set.

Keep searching for something else
I used this once and it failed! 7/64 Allen bit I used to tighten scope rings with only 15 inch lbs and it craped bed. I used the Allen wrench that came with the scope rings to remove the screws and inspect them. Not a problem with them. L shape wrench fit them nicely and holds securely. Whatever metal they used to make these in the smaller sizes is not enough. The bit was fully seated and still twisted the edges of the Alan key I’m just glad that it has no effect on my screws and I don’t have to go searching for new scope screws
