Nothing grew

No instructions
There are no instructions on how to plant them to be successfull !! Only a plastic bag with seeds. Should we soak them, should have them in a pot for some time bafore transferring to the soil ? How much watering ?....

I tried multiple times to germinate these seeds to no avail.
