If you are looking for a heated lumbar pillow that fits perfectly on your office chair, look no further. The pillow itself feels like memory foam - it's very comfortable against my back. I always sit with a lumbar cushion behind my back and this is even better, so comfy just as a lumbar cushion but I love that I can also add heat and/or vibration if I'm feeling tight and stiff, this really helps soothe and loosen up my lower back when it's tight It's made of comfy memory foam and the vibrating motors are located in the small of my back where I often have stiffness so it feels really good Works great on my office chair and also on a recliner or on the bed It has 3 modes for vibration and 3 levels of vibration so you can set it to whatever feels good to you. It also has 3 levels of heat, I haven't been able to thoroughly test the heat modes because it's been in the 100s here and the last thing I want is more heat. I did try it though and it heated up quickly and felt really good in the small of my back I've tried a lot of massagers because I get a lot of aches, pain, tightness and stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders, this one is a winner for me. If I was looking for a down side it would only be that it's limited to massaging only one area but that's why I have multiple massagers 😁

I mostly work on the computer and spend time sitting for longer duration everyday. This lumbar support cushion is made of memory foam and fits perfectly well on office chair. It has a elastic strap for holding the cushion firmly on the back rest of the chair. The material is durable enough to hold it's shape. This comes with two built in vibration massage motors, three preprogrammed massage modes, 3 levels of vibration intensity and heat settings. Can take advantage of 30, 60 or 90 minutes of massage. All these selections can be done on the handheld controller. I am finding it very comfortable in my office chair and run it whenever I get time everyday. The heating combined with massage is exceptional. Must have product for people doing desk job or spend most of the time sitting in one place. It's lightweight and value for money and quick pain reliever.

Works really well -- good massage action and heat -- I wish there was a way to lower the heat setting, but overall it's a great help to my back pain.

I recommend this CILI lumbar support pillow because it is among the best lumbar support pillow with the heating and vibration features in the market that is below $40. There are multiple lumbar support pillows made of memory pillow the price of which is ~$20. However, if features like massage, heating and/or vibration are added therein, the price usually goes up to ~$50. I bought this CILI branded lumbar support pillow because a friend had previously bought me a full body massage pad which I have been using a lot and like it very much. CILI is a reliable brand from what I have experienced. As I mentioned, this lumbar support pillow combines a lumbar support with heating and vibration features which added the extra uses for the product. It is made of high-quality memory foam and has an ergonomic design. I brough the pillow to my office which usually has a temperature of ~65 when the AC is on. So I plugged in and turn on both heating and vibration. It fits nicely in the office chair and goes against my lower back. It greatly relives my back pain muscle tension. It shuts off automatically after 30 min but you can also set it to auto shut at 60 min or 90 min

This massage pillow does heat and vibrate and there are indeed levels of vibration and heat to choose from. But the power cord is VERY short. It barely reaches from the outlet to the chair which in my case is a recliner. So when the recliner is in the raised position the power cord comes unhooked from the pillow. I taped the connection together with gaffers tape which helps but the power is still wonky - I have to maneuver the separate control cord until it comes on. And the main issue I have is this shaped pillow is extremely firm and hard. You absolutely can not change the shape to adjust to your body / position. If you need a super sturdy pillow only for your back lumbar and have a close outlet this will work for you. For me its more trouble than I want to deal with when I just need some pain relief. Also, it was misshapen out of the box when it arrived and took months to settle into proper shape which tells you how hard and firm this item is. I would not purchase this particular item again.

I recently started a job which requires me to sit in a desk chair all day. I have lower back pain especially in the lumbar region that has always been an issue and I know my posture certainly doesn’t help. I bought this and immediately felt relief. It fits on my chair perfectly, the heat function is my favorite, definitely gets hot so you don’t need to keep it on the lowest setting. It’s extremely comfortable and actually helps me sit up straight because it covers the gap between my back and the chair. High quality, great looking, and most importantly I’m pain free! Highly recommend.
