All around great company pretty much :)
Their company is very appreciative of their customers and my support, and they made a cute “thank you” letter. The screen cleaners work really well with getting rid of smudges on my laptop, monitors, and phone. The sizes they come with are the perfect size for me to keep up with, too. Got one of them on the back of my MacBook.

Good product terrible delivery
Was informed that package was delivered, however, didn't receive. Checked with Amazon several times & got nowhere. Luckily was able to locate delivery error (across the street) plus found 3 other packages for my address. Received package at 5:30pm today. Product seems to be great. This wasn't Amazon's fault just a bad employee. They really tried to help.

Genius
This is the cooler gadget ever. Cleans my phone screen without scratches. Attaches to the back of your phone so it's always handy. When it doesn't stick anymore, just rinse it off. Has a larger one for your computer screen.

I look like a very smart lady!
I saw a small write up on this product and figured I'd try to look 'trendy' and get the cool new item. It worked. I got the 4 pack and gave one to the husband, my daughter and my son-in-law. They all think I'm so cool. They work so so so good. My eyeglasses have never looked so clear! Computer screen is amazing and I stuck on on my phone case to keep my phone screen clear and smudge proof. WOW, they really work so well. You are supposed to be able to wash them and they will be clean and re-stick. I just got them so I don't know about that, but damn, they work superbly. Really, don't hesitate. My SIL thinks I'm very cool.

Great for cleaning screens but phone ones will fall off
These are cool as they clean the screens well and you can just stick them on your phone or laptop for the next use. We found as they loose their stickiness though we always lost the phone ones as they fell off.

Works really well, but can peel off easily if you aren't careful.
Waterbears are super awesome! I love the different sizes, and they are extremely convenient to have when needed. I'm cautious about making sure that the surface is clean and free of visible debris before I clean any glass surface with them (which you should do with any cleaning fabric).I keep one on my phone at all times -- it's great for the phone screen and for keeping my sunglasses clean. For some reason, they don't stick very well to my camera. I tried to place them on the barrel of my lens and even on my hot shoe cover, but I ended up losing a few my first week because they would fall off easily. I ended up just using the waterbear that I keep on my phone instead (I am not sure why it sticks so much better to the phone case that I have). In hindsight, a good place to put the waterbear is on the battery / inside the battery compartment so that it won't fall off unexpectedly. The waterbears are also great for my laptop. I was extra careful when cleaning my Macbook screen, though, to ensure that I did not accidentally crack the screen. Since you're applying pressure to such a small space, I got better results when I would gently support the other side of the screen with my other hand.
