The Pieces were incorrectly attached to the hanger and impossible to separate without special jewelry pliers. I am not sure it is worth the effort to try and fix it because it would be difficult to avoid damagng the little intertwined butterflies in the process. I will probably simply return it and not purchase any other items from this seller. This on a keychain will be bent or torn very quickly. Very nice but very fragile. Too fragile for a keychain
This butterfly keychain might not be suitable for use as a keychain as it is quite delicate. That being said, I did not order it to be used as a keychain, I ordered it to dangle from my wife's Dodge Charger because she has it all decked out in butter and dragonflies. For that it is absolutely perfect. For any kind of accent it would be just as good, It is quite nice to look at. The only reason I am deducting a star is for the price, it is very light. If it were handmade, it would be different but as it is you just don't get a lot of weight for your coin. However, you do get a nice accent for that butterfly lover we all know!
