This is the second one of these I've purchased from here. We have this carport set up as an animal shelter. It gets heavy rain, strong winds, alit of movement and scorching hot summers! To me, with these conditions, they last! The last one I bought even endured a snow storm, which is heavy. The grommets is what finally gave out and only because of really strong winds and we were gone and one side came untied so it whipped in the wind pretty hard. Otherwise, it does not leak or drip. It does NOT get hot under there! Which in our 100 degree plus days, is a huge selling point for us! We have used different tarps in the past and they get hot underneath!

Not sure how well it will hold up to the Florida sun but it does fit better than the one that came with it and it seems to be a little thicker. Both were 12 mil but if I compare this one to the one that ripped the materials seem thinner on the old one. Hope this helps and hope you get a good deal!

Great on price but missed on the color i bought charcoal grey u replaced with highly reflective silver makes house look like a swapmeet or car show quality other than that

The carport cover purchased is to small! It's supposed to be for a 12' x 20' carport and it simply dosen't fit. Supposed to be heavy duty and you can see thru it. Has damage (a cut) near the ridge. Grommets are damaged. Ordered mid October and able to setup carport early December. Very frustrated.

At first, the carport canopy looked great and seemed like a good deal. It was easy to set up and looked sturdy in the beginning. Unfortunately, it only lasted about eight months before it started ripping at the seams. It also leaked the entire time whenever it rained, which was very disappointing. The material just doesn’t hold up well long term. I would not recommend this product and suggest looking for a better quality option.

Value for money, like the color, so far waterproof, but the interior width of roof like 6 inches short, had to use longer bungee cords.

Fit nearly perfect on a shelter logic 20x12 frame! The legs were a bit log so we just tucked them up and away, but the rest fit nicely.
