Good product
I’ve been using this anti-snoring nose clip for a week, and it has noticeably reduced my snoring. It’s comfortable to wear through the night and easy to clean. Great value for the price—highly recommended!

Difficult to place correctly, very lightly useful
It is very small, so it can slide up and down on the septum, took me a week to find the right spot and angle to place in the nose for best airflow into the nostrils. Even then not a huge difference, and snoring has not reduced at all. Overall not very effective. Online guidance for throat exercises and sleeping position is more helpful than using this product. Nose strips also help more than this.
