Retro/Modern Vinyl Bluetooth Player
After reading a lot of reviews for record players, I settled on this one. And I am happy I did. The record player was very easy to assemble and easy to set up, basically just plug in and turn on. The price was very resonable too as I didn't want to spend an arm/leg on it either. The sound quality is great. Love that it has a bluetooth option. Played my first record and it sounded perfect. Hasn't skipped on me yet. It also has a very sleek retro/modern look to it which fits in almost any setting.

Great beginner turntable with cool features
I’ve been using the Victrola Eastwood II for a little while now, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. As a first record player, it’s super easy to set up—literally just plug it in and go. The design is really nice and looks great on my shelf, definitely more stylish than I expected at this price. One of the best features is the Bluetooth. I love that I can play music from my phone or stream vinyl to my Bluetooth speaker—it’s super convenient and works well. The built-in speakers are decent for casual listening, though I mostly use an external speaker for better sound. The tonearm feels a bit light, and I’ve noticed a couple of small playback inconsistencies, but nothing major that ruins the experience. I haven’t noticed any skips either. Overall, this is a great starter turntable. If you’re just getting into vinyl and want something affordable, easy to use, and feature-packed, the Eastwood II is a solid pick. I’m happy with it and would recommend it to other beginners.

A nice sleek record player with a nice sound.
When I saw the unit from Victrola I told myself that it would be a nice buy and an additional record player for my home. Not the loudest speakers, but has a nice sound to it. Plus with the feature of transmitting the sound to your favorite Bluetooth speaker like I did on the this video it makes it a good deal. Not only that it carries an original Audio Technica cartridge and needle which gives you a better sound quality then your average ceramic cartridge and sapphire needle. So this would be an excellent gift for someone starting to hear music on vinyl.

DO NOT BUY – Poor Product Quality and Exhausting Customer Support
I purchased the Victrola Eastwood II in late November. It worked for about three months before it simply stopped working altogether. What followed has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I have ever had. Victrola's support team put me through a lengthy troubleshooting process asking multiple videos, multiple photos, more videos — and ultimately convinced me to purchase a new power cable at my own expense. The new cable arrived and the turntable still didn't work. The problem was never the cable. It was the device. I was out money for an accessory I never needed. They eventually agreed to send a replacement unit. The replacement arrived with a different but equally serious problem: the 78 RPM speed is noticeably off, making every record sound sluggish and out of tempo. When I reported this, instead of taking responsibility, they suggested I tape weight to the tonearm and toggle the Auto Stop switch. That is not a solution, that is a company stalling! Two defective units. Money spent on a cable that was never the issue. Weeks of back-and-forth with a support team that is neither empathetic nor effective. I am now seeking a full refund and will not be purchasing Victrola products again. Save yourself the time and frustration, look elsewhere.

Great for the price!
Very nice turntable. Looks fantastic, has lots of nice features like a switch to lower and raise the needle arm to eliminate scratching. The internal speakers have a nice, clean sound but they don't have a huge sound. I've found that connecting to external speakers through the bluetooth is a bit tricky. If I push the bluetooth out button it searches and doesn't seem to find it the first time regardless of how close the wireless speakers are or the order they are turned on to discovery mode. If it push the button...wait a second, push it again which turns the searching off (it will begin to then play through the speakers on the turntable), and then push it to search a second time, THEN it will connect. So a total of 3 pushes of the bluetooth button: One to search and connect, one to stop searching, once more to search and actually connect. It's a minor thing, takes a second...maybe I'm doing something wrong but I've tried several methods and this is the only way I've been able to get it to connect externally via bluetooth. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, it's really a fantastic turntable!! I would definitely buy it again, even with the tricky bluetooth. It sounds incredible connected to my soundbar!! The Audio Technica needle cartridge is top notch.

Good starter record player
Quality is good and start up is easy, just plug it in! Love the wood and cloth details and sound quality is good too. Only complaint is the way the plastic cover is in the back of the record player can make it difficult to place a record down without hitting the top cover. You have to slide the record down at an angle to not hit it. Once you realize this it’s easy to adjust placing your records down but without thinking I’ve accidentally bumped my record against the top plastic cover a few times.

Great Bluetooth record player
I have had this unit for a couple of weeks now and cannot be happier. It replaces another player in this price range that failed when the very badly designed button for the Bluetooth speaker sync feature collapsed into the unit and while that player worked, the Bluetooth feature is critical for me. This player not only has a much more robust controls setup with everything controlled by a large user friendly knob accessible outside the cover then closed, it Bluetooth radio is very strong and I am able to listen with a portable speaker literally everywhere in my three level, 5 bedroom house. (the player is physically located on the middle level of course). The sound out of the installed speakers is more than adequate, but I will concede I am not an audiophile, I just like to listen to my collection of vinyl music bought when I was 50-60 years younger and kept safe to enjoy now that I have time to relax and enjoy. The compact size and wood grained veneer allows it to be placed conveniently on an end table in which I have much of my collection. (see picture). From that I have researched, the cartridge is of good enough quality not to damage my literally irreplaceable collection and like I said, the sound quality from it is more than adequate. I strongly recommend considering this player as a affordable for those like me who

Good for the price
Does its job for a cheap record player. If you’re looking for something fancy and high quality this isn’t it but I knew what I was buying. It sounds good and lets me play my records for fun, that’s all I need

Disappointed and Frustrated with This Record Player!
I am extremely frustrated with the record player I purchased. It worked fine for one week before the needle broke. I thought, “Okay, these things happen,” so I ordered three replacement needles. None of them work! This is unacceptable for a product that should have basic quality and longevity. What’s worse is that there seems to be no solution in sight, I’m trying to see whom I should talk with and there’s no contact info!!! Either the player is poorly designed, or the replacement needles are defective. Either way, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and it’s clear that the quality control is lacking. I expect you to resolve this issue immediately—either fix this or refund my money. I didn’t pay to have a faulty product and waste my time on replacements that don’t work.
