Saccharomyces boulardii is a probiotic yeast, good for keeping balance in the gut. Rather than swallowing the capsule, I usually open a capsule into a bottle of coconut water to create a sugar-free, fizzy probiotic drink. A single capsule of this product, which has no added ingredients, will ferment a litre of coconut water (it works with juice as well), and it feels good on my gut. Great price as well.

This will help clear your yeast and candida I highly recommend. It is part of my regiment and I always need this to keep the nasties at bay.

We are big believers in gut health and have been using probiotics for a long time in this house. These New: Saccharomyces Boulardii Probiotic has been a welcome addition to our daily regimen of supplements. The capsules are smaller than some other supplements we take and thus easier to swallow. They do not need to be kept in the fridge and also we prefer these to powder forms as there is no taste or smell to them. The only negative comment I have is the dosage: it states to take 1-3 but up to 5 a day with no clarification of the requirements for this. If needing to take 5, we would tjink tjis is too much and the bottle would offer little value for money as it would not last you very long. Still, good quality ingredients and ease of use, so worth incorporating in your daily routine.

A second purchase as the first served me very well. I only use it for 4 weeks at a time and find this sufficient for my need. Perhaps a little expensive considering it is only a variety of dried yeast! But that's probiotics for you!

These come in a plastic bottle, with a foil seal under the lid. The capsules themselves are smaller than some I have seen which is great as it makes these easy to swallow. The dosage is a little confusing as it states ‘take 1 – 3 a day up to a maximum of 5 if needed’ then goes on to state not to take more than the recommended dose, so I am none the wiser of the proper dose. I like the fact these have no nasties inside and that they don’t need refrigeration. My reviews follow this star rating: 1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. I love this brand for many of it's products, and I checked it was Time Health selling the product to ensure it was genuine. I can guarantee the S. Boulardii works, as I put it in my pomegranate juice, which really fires it up, which proves its effectiveness. Without doubt this is the real deal. Good value and good quality.
