My old GTPlayer chair was finally showing signs of wear - cracks were starting to appear in the seat and the padding was beginning to lose resilience. This is after several years of daily use - frequently for 12 hours or more - so definitely no complaints. Having been impressed with the old chair, I decided to stick with a trusted brand. And this one is better still. It arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. The partitioned bubble card that labels all the fixings makes it hard to use the wrong screws. The T-key provided is much better to use than the usual bent-metal Allen keys. The whole assembly uses just this one tool. I trapped the backrest audio connector behind the chair back fixing and needed to remove it to free the cable (watch for this). Otherwise everything went together first-time. Once built, it's an impressive piece of kit. The plastic covering (don't be put off; if it wears like the old one, it lasts like leather) has an expensive-looking matt finish and the stitching is superb. It's as comfortable as my old chair, with the added feature of softly padded armrests. It's stable even when fully reclined and the seating position when working at a computer is good. The matt finish means that the seat is less slippery than my old chair; my one criticism of the previous GTPlayer was that I tended to slide down into a back-damaging slouch. I tried the Bluetooth speakers for the first time today, and they're surprisingly good. Don't expect wall-shaking bass, but the separation and definition are both well beyond expectations. I'm slightly baffled by the decision to point them outwards and backwards, but it seems to work. Overall, it's very hard to find fault, especially given the price. I suspect there are better chairs around if you're willing to spend £400 or more, but for considerably less than half that you're getting a great-looking, comfortable, back-friendly office/gaming chair that, if it lasts like the old one, will give you great service.

Gt Player gaming chair is very comfortable, supportive, lots of cushion in the seat padding. The Bluetooth speakers connect up easily, it's a very functional chair ideal for gaming and offers great support for your back. I previously had their chair with the pocket spring cushion so know the brand well.

This is without doubt, the best office/gaming chair I’ve ever owned, and believe you me, I’ve owned a few over the years! It’s so easy to assemble, and coupled with the quality of materials used leaves you in total comfort. The added plus points for me were, although it’s lighter than other chairs, it is very, very sturdy indeed. The Bluetooth speakers, although aren’t hi-fi quality, they are pretty decent in relaying the sound to you. With the speakers situated behind you, at shoulder level, gives you that sense of style. This makes the sound produced by the speakers, that bit better, than listening through your monitor/television. It’s almost like having a sound bar, around your neck! All in all this chair is very good value for money indeed.

For the price it's great with fun features, footrest is great, speakers are fun and actually decent quality, very comfortable. Only downside is the wheels seem to keep coming out on mine. Would of put 5 star if not for this.

Easy assembly and very nice quality. Comfort is perfect and I love how far back it reclines (which is also lockable in place). The Bluetooth speakers are ok, but nothing too special. This wasn’t a buying factor anyway for me as I have decent studio speakers. The lumbar and head rest cushions are a nice touch and really feel great too. The embroidered logo and stitching makes it look a lot more expensive than it cost which is also a big plus. I’ve recommended this chair to a few friends because I’m so impressed with it.

Very good value for money definatly worth paying slightly more for the quality in comparison to others. Build quality was easy enough but did take a litle minipulatiin on the arm rests. The size is as expected for any gaming chair. Looks amazing and the speakers work realy well. One of the best things is the seat is well padded and much better than most other gaming chairs that have very thin cushioning and so with this chair you dont feel the frame of the chair over time.

Delighted with this gaming chair. It’s of good quality and highly recommended.

Chair is bad, the bolts keep coming out after a while no matter how tight I get em. Mainly on the armrest.

Magnifique confortable et fini le mal de dos

I’m at part 3 of the instructions. The screws they told me to use do not fit at all. I’ve had other people try as well. The screws are too big to fit, it’s impossible. Have I been sent the correct parts?

A really good chair for the money, good and fast delivery, good contact with support and customer service. The comfort is very nice. It is very nice to have the footrest to be able to lean back. Everything feels very soft. It feels good with the small pillow for both the neck and the lower back. One thing that may be important to consider is to read the description carefully and check which screws go where I accidentally made a mistake. Which meant it took me an extra half hour more than it needed to. Finally, I would probably give this chair an overall ten out of ten!
