Really happy with these hand grippers. They feel solid and well made, with a comfortable grip that's easy to use for longer sessions. I've been using them regularly to improve grip and forearm strength, and they've become a handy addition to my workouts. The adjustable resistance is a great feature as it allows you to increase the challenge over time. Compact, effective and excellent value for money.

So I purchased this for my partner as he had a hand injury and we are trying to get the grip and strength back in his hand, and it’s exceeded my expectations and his. It’s easy to use, easily and adjusted and comfortable to hold. The handles are a good texture, and it’s been well made that’s for sure. He has been using this daily and it’s definitely helped so far! Works as it should, however the counter at the bottom often gets stuck and stops working, probably into 1 minute of me using it for the first time. Manufacturing defect.
