Missing items in the box
Missing parts. It’s missing the USB cable And pieces of the machines (ears) in the box. Unacceptable is it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. All those items included in the instruction but not inside the box. There are even stickers included for ears, but ears are missing

arrived broken and doesn’t work
this claw machine was a total letdown. it arrived with no amazon box, no protection at all, and the product box itself was already damaged. the claw was detached inside, the plastic felt cheap and the whole thing just didn’t work right out of the box. the quality is honestly very bad, and it’s definitely not something i’d recommend — especially as a gift for kids. not worth the hassle.
