Great taste and everyone loves mint for Christmas! Wonderful gluten free cookie that my niece really enjoyed! The texture is good.

I’d leave ten stars if I could. I’ve never been a big fan of processed treats, but now that I’ve been forced into the generally appalling world of gluten free eating, I’ve had to reconsider. I’m a very accomplished home baker, but have had such poor luck with gluten free baking that I’ve bought pretty much every commercial gluten free snack and desert I can find. Most of them have been revolting. Inedible. Some have been meh. A very few have been genuinely worth eating. To be honest, my expectations couldn’t have been any lower, but there were quite a few nice reviews, so I thought I’d gamble the price of a box, and give these a try. Surprise! (In a seriously good way!) These aren’t sickly sweet, as many similar products have been. Their texture is fantastic, with the wafers having a great snap and the centers being creamy and flavorful. I am buying more, lots more, immediately. I cannot say enough about how delightful these cookies are. They stand up to comparisons with wheat cookies, and that is something I have never said. I hope they stay available FOREVER! Well worth the high price. Thank you soooo much, Glutino.

Added 3/14/25: Sadly, Amazon has suddenly increased the price if our favorite 5 star cookies by nearly $3.00! We purchased these regularly, but now at $7.74, they are just too expensive :( Therefore, I am changing my rating to 4 stars; if the price becomes reasonable, I will adjust my rating. These cookies are so delicious, especially for gluten free. They have a good texture. The filling is plenty minty, and tastes so good with the chocolate cookies! Great for dunking! I appreciate that they are made with less sugar and fewer unhealthy ingredients than Oreos and other sandwich cookies too, without sacrificing taste and texture

I needed a good replacement for the Oreo mint cookies and these are perfect! Actually, they are even better than the mint Oreos! These ones are wheat free and the coloring agent is spirulina instead of toxic food dyes like the ones in the mint Oreos. These mint cookies are so delicious! TIP: If you want to make them even more special, put them in the freezer and then snack on them frozen. So good!

Got an allergic reaction OLEORESIN WHICH apparently has TERPENES in it. I've never seen this ingredient. The cookies taste pretty good tho.
