⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for Money! Excellent chair for the price. The build quality is solid, it's comfortable for long hours of work and study, and the back support is very good. The adjustments are smooth, and overall it feels sturdy and well-made. The chair is really good. I especially love the multi lock system and it was the main reason I ordered this chair. I had gotten the wakefit chair before this but they had absolute nightmare of a customer service and delivered a used chair. This chair is quite comfortable and with the adjustable lumbar support and the shoulder pads. Assembly of the chair was also easy enough, it came with the handles attached. So had to only screw in the back and wheel base and headrest. Locking angles for me was the most important as I sit in a 120 degree angle. Locking mechanism and chair lift functions are smooth and easy to use. There is also a seat slider function which works smoothly but I dont use it so cannot comment more on that. Customer serivce was also prompt on reaching out after the delivery for confirmation and warranty related information.

Good product, but the backrest adjustment for the recline is not available. When you want to sit upright, the neck support doesn't work properly because the backrest reclines, forcing you to sit in an inclined position to get proper neck support

I initially faced an issue with the chair, which was quite frustrating. However, the support team followed up properly and eventually resolved the issue by replacing the faulty part. The resolution process took longer than expected, but I appreciate their effort to address the problem. Overall, the product is decent and the customer support was helpful.

Chair could not be assembled because parts were missing. Even the parts that arrived were showing wear and tear. The packaging itself looked opened and put back together. Already the delivery took 10 days and still the product was not delivered in the right way. Not a good buyer experience.
