Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G, US Version, 512GB, Titanium Black - T-Mobile (Renewed)

Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret. My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out.

Very nice phone and was in perfect condition. I've had no issues switching and using. If you have big hands then the stylus is perfect to keep from hitting a couple buttons at a time or just writing yourself notes verses typing. I'm glad I bought this phone and would have no problem recommending this seller.

So far, after 2 months of use, I love this phone. The processor seems fast enough, the camera is wonderful, and the screen size is pleasant without being too large and bulky. The battery life last about a day with regular use, but if I weren't making work calls and shopping online, it would probably last about two. It does not overheat when its charging at night like previous models I've had. I have had no connectivity issues so far and it seems to work well with Tmobile. Setting up the fingerprint biometric lock wasn't the easy process though. The screen had me repeat the steps many times and would often say there was an error. But, once the fingerprint was set, I havent had any further issues. The sound quality is also really good. I recorded my daughter's school choir performance on the phone and their was no weird distortions or feedback or fuzziness. Its definitely one of the better phones I've had for recording live video.

If I could leave zero Stars I would! Do not order from this company. They will ship it to a different address and even with the FedEx delivery Picture as proof that the cellphone was delivered to the wrong address. Chubbiestech will call me a liar and offer zero help to relocate the cellphone. They will refuse to refund me my money. I had to file a police report with Rochester Police department and FedEx claim. It's now going on 4 weeks of Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech causing me chest pain, sleepless night and extreme anxiety over the cell phone. They keep telling me as the customer it my responsibility to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address. Meanwhile my correct address is on the original shipping order! I have a email confirmation from Amazon that my address is the correct shipping address. Amazon has repeatedly lied to me regarding this cellphone matter. I have several printers conversation with different Amazon customers services supervisor who promised me a full refund and I never received the refund. Amazon investigation department's said that my a to z claim was denied twice due to the fact that Amazon said that the cellphone was delivered to the correct address! Meanwhile the cellphone was only retrieved by the Rochester Police department from the wrong address that FedEx delivery it to!⁰Someone else had the cellphone for 3 weeks! I have no idea what the individual who had the cellphone did to the cellphone. Amazon blames FedEx, FedEx blames Chubbiestech and Amazon. For some reason they all think that it's the customer responsible to fixed the mess they never created. Why should a customer have to go through this? I only wanted to order a cellphone and have it delivery to my correct address. It's 4 weeks now I have to file a claim with my bank, attorney general office and the better business bureau. If I didn't experience this I would never believe that Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech would treat a customer so horribly. I am probably have to fill a small claim the court house to get my refund. That my next steps. I have solid proof that Amazon denied my A to z claim because they claim that the cell phone was delivered to the correct address. I cleared prove that was not true. I printed every conversation with Amazon and Chubbiestech out. Hopefully a judge can help me resolve this situation. They fused to help me resolve this problem. The seller only said that FedEx said it was delivered to the correct address. Amazon refused to help me resolve this on going issue. So unless you want to be called a liar. Unless you have plenty of time to chase down a missing packages and time to call Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech a million times. Unless you have plenty of time to file FedEx delivery claim,police reports, bank claim , attorney general office claim, Better business bureau claims and a small claim to court file. This company will only steal your money but you will not get the product that you paid for! Don't order anything from them!

The Quality of the phone is solid. It looks brand new. UPSIDE/INFO: - No scratches - No buttons that feel clunky - No dust or dirt on it - The sound and screen are clear, and even the lenses have no smudges or scratches - Truly unlocked and can work with most carriers - The reason to get the 1TB is that this phone can capture 8k footage, which will take a lot of space, even 4k. - This has no external Memory, so you can't just pop in an SD card to add more storage, so that is another reason I got the 1TB - Having a stylus is a plus for me and it's Bluetooth. Being able to scroll or wipe with the S Pen reduces smudges and allows for hands-free use. - The S pen feels brand new as well - You can do eSIM or use a physical SIM card. - Battery life is good, but it's also a learning curve to maximize your battery life. - Magnetic charge/ so you can charge it from the back of your phone or regularly with a cable. Down Side/NOTES - NO EXTERNAL STORAGE. CANNOT EXPAND YOUR STORAGE AT ALL. STORAGE IS ALL ON THE DEVICE ITSELF./RECOMMEND GETTING THE 1TB STORAGE - DOESN'T COME WITH A SAMSUNG GALAXY S24 ULTRA BOX, JUST COMES IN A PACKAGE AND A FILM COVER FOR THE CAMERA LENSES, SCREEN, USB CHARGING CABLE, AND PLUG. ALSO COMES WITH A PIN ENJECTOR FOR PUTTING YOUR SIM CARD./RECOMMENDED TO BUY A NEW CHARGING CABLE OR PLUG BECAUSE THE ONE THEY GAVE ME CHARGED MY PHONE DIDN'T CHARGE FAST AND SAID IT WILL TAKE 6-8 HOURS TO FULLY CHARGE. - REASON I GOT THIS INSTEAD OF THE S25 ULTRA 1. CHEAPER 2. I WANTED A STYLUS BUT ALSO WANTED IT TO BE MORE THAN THAT, WHICH THE S25 ULTRA ONLY MADE IT A STYLUS 3. S24 ULTRA JUST HAS FEATURES THAT I LIKE.

The phone is in perfect condition. No problems with setting up the phone. BIG SHOUT OUT TO SELLER - RECELL! FedEx "lost" the package & Recell was right on top of it from the time I let them know it hadn't arrived on the expected date. Was willing to give a few extra days for the process to work. The outer packaging was really mangled, but the inner packaging kept the phone safe & undamaged. I would definitely recommend this company for really quality refurbished phones at a reasonable price.
