These are very sturdy, can't comment on comfort as haven't worn them yet as purchased for winter weather.

The boots look fantastic. Out of the box, a lot of thought seems to have gone into them. They look smart (I would happily wear these on a night out….. if they were clean), they are extremely comfortable, easy to put on and secure. They don’t rub on the heel in use. They have excellent grip on the base. I do a lot of walking and being comfortable, practical, with good grip and not blister inducing are all in these boots favour. The fact that as well, they would not look out of place when out is an added bonus. I really like these boots and may well get a second pair. The price is good for such premium boots.

Great looking walking boots which I use for walking the dog. I went up half a size anyway as they're walking boots and I like to wear thick socks and the fit was spot on. They look smart, comfortable to wear, good grip on the sole and they're waterproof. Very happy with them and would order again.

I am usually a 10.5 extra wide and went for these in an 11 size and they fit perfectly. They are lightweight and very comfortable to wear. The sole has lots of kind of sponge like peaks giving you lots of cushioning that makes them incredibly comfortable. I've been usually them out and about including dog walking and they are excellent for this. Protecting you from the elements while being very nice to wear. There seem to be no issues with them being waterproof as our visits to the park show! Overall very happy!

These are super nice, lightweight hiking boots. I got them for my 17yo son. He really likes them. The navy color is almost black, which is perfect for him. He is thrilled.

Right out of the box these hiking boots appear to be good quality. The sleek black design and quilted pattern give the boot a rugged and durable look. But when my husband took the boots for a test hike, he returned home with sore feet. The foam insert is thicker at the outer ridge and made his feet turn tilt toward each other, causing discomfort at first and pain the further he walked. My husband was also a little embarrassed to wear the hiking boots in public since the odd (and a bit comical) brand name "Derlychug" was displayed in large lettering on the heel of the shoe. While we both appreciate inexpensive alternatives to overpriced brand-named items, we wish off-brand manufacturers would not stamp their labels in prominent places. When they do so, it makes it difficult to give their products as gifts or wear them without feeling conspicuous. I gave this product four stars because the hiking boots look great (aside from the branding). And my husband's discomfort may be an issue of size rather than quality.
