Great for my 80yr old mother who refuses to learn any type of technology. Its simple to use, big buttons. Good to just call our or answer. Has decent battery life c.4 days.

Phone is ideal but misleading says nano sim required but it actually requires a standard sim so had to buy one and change the number

easy use

Wanted a basic non internet/data phone. Larger print and buttons makes its easier for my retired mum to use.

Works ok and as disposable type phone does the job. Worked with two sim cards. Quality overall poor though, display way below even the cheapest Nokia phones.

I brought this product to replace a similar phone. It was a good price but it was not suitable for my elderly relative due to there being no up /down or separate volume buttons. The various functions are accessed by using the thin outer edge of the large central button. This needed very fine motor skills to use. There are no separate volume buttons, so this also caused issues as my relative was unable to up the volume if required. The phone would be ideal for someone wanting a simple phone as it has a number of functions available. The SOS buttons could also be a very useful option. It was light weight, looked pretty good and was extremely good value but unfortunately unsuitable as a replacement for my relatives previous phone due to the design faults mentioned.
