These sugar free gummies are very yummy. I could taste the peach and mango. They also are a little tart thanks to citric acid among other things. I cannot comment at this time as to their effectiveness or perceived benefit, but will update my experience when the jar is empty. All I can say for now is they are tasty, sugar free (which I love), and did not cause any adverse reaction after eating. I found the price to be high ($30 day of review), but if they are beneficial than the price might be warranted.

Nasty flavor and chemical smell
These gummies are the worst I have ever tried. I don’t think they do anything to boost energy at all. I have taken other shilayit gummies in the past and tasted delicious and gave lots of energy. Every time I take them I feel the changes in my stomach and get nauseas. I will through them out!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this product. It makes you sick!!!
