Perfect design wall
Not clingy but with pins this is perfect for laying out my quilt blocks.

Not felt but cotton
This is not felt but a heavy cotton like fabric. Blocks will not stick to this fabric without pins!

No flannel
No fabric will stick. It’s just a piece of fabric with a grid. No flannel. Beware

Quilters design board
While the fabric is blocked in 2 inch squares for ease of alignment of blocks, it is not flannel fabric but actually pliable vinyl or plastic like a table cloth. Very very disappointed in it.UPDATE: I’m an idiot!! I had the panel backwards. So disregard my previous comment. Panel is actually wonderful!!

Quilters beware, this is canvas, not flannel.
Bought this to use as a design wall for quilting. Loved the idea of the built-in grid. Was terribly disappointed to open it & find out that it is made of heavy canvas, not flannel or fabric with nap that would help hold quilt blocks. Everything will have to be pinned to this. I bought this to use either a mobile room-divider, which also has a serious design flaw. Overall, I will make this work, but it was not the easy solution I thought it would be. Disappointed.

Needs to be pinned
You need to pin fabrics to this and when it’s hanging up it can be hard to reach.
