3C Sealants Intumescent Acoustic Sealant is a 380ml acrylic-based, one-part emulsion designed for fire-rated joints. Tested to BS EN 1366-4:2006 standards, it expands over 3 times its size under heat to provide up to 5 hours of fire resistance. It also offers excellent acoustic performance with an average noise reduction of 25.2dB and supports joint movement of ±10%. Easy to apply with no primer needed, it’s suitable for joints up to 50mm wide and compatible with wood, metal, concrete, and glass.
