FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - PRODUCT DEFINITELY DOES NOT HOLD 880LBS We purchased this item to move some garden bags from our front yard to the back - definitely not far. The cart broke after ~ 1 hour of use. The bolt used to fix the front axel to the cart snapped. It is advertised to carry up to 880lbs and we didn’t even put 1/4 of that weight on and it broke. What’s worse is - I have been trying to contact customer service since this happened. I have emailed them - multiple times and called them multiple times - 0 responses. I guess our only option is to return - but we need to return this broken product AND pay return shipping ourselves? This is unacceptable. I don’t know what to do at this point other than telling everyone to not buy it.

Arrived in good condition, easy to put together. Seems pretty functional. The hinges if each side come into place pretty easily but they don't seem to go in as firm as I would like. Seems like it'll last a while under moderate duty but not heavy duty work loads. I bought this for some homeless guy who I frequently saw throughout my work route as his wheels were starting to fall off. After I gave it to him to replace his old car he immediately asked me to help him out his old cart INSIDE of his new cart where the side walls started to bulge and bend the metal a bit. It did seem to hold but didn't like it hold long for high mileage usage. Turns out he was also a little crazy and his ultimate goal was to reach the border. Didn't ask him to elaborate on which border but haven't seen him since so I hope he made it. If I see him again I'll ask him how well it held up.

Very sturdy & well made. I'm using it to haul firewood from the wood pile to the house each day this winter.

Bought for yard and garden. First one was lost in shipping. What's up with that, FedEx??? Seller sent another one fairly quickly after contacted. Good customer service. Received. Assembly was easy. Have used in the yard a little bit hauling a 12v battery, etc. around. Fairly durable. Can be a little topheavy and roll over easily on uneven ground; would suggest an engineering change allowing for a wider wheelbase. Otherwise good.

This wagon went together easily and hauls heavy loads. The pins that hold the sides on have rattled out of place a couple of times but it's an easy fix to just place them back in. The handle is what stears the wheels so you can haul loads with it that are larger than the wagon base as long as the handle still sticks out beyond that. The yellow paint faded pretty quickly since the wagon is outside all the time. But it still works well. I have even used it to move a small shed, with 4 people balancing it.
