I ordered a white 50cm frame bicycle, my height is 167cm and it’s not too big at all. It is a lovely bike, very well made with great additions such as a basket and the bags. The bell and wheels reflectors are not included. Also, bear in mind that it’s being shipped from Italy therefore on top of the £90 delivery fee you’ll also receive customs fee from FedEx of just over £82.

Bought this for my wife who threw it in the back of the car and set off to cycle around Oxford! It arrived quicker than you can believe is possible and the vendor kept in close touch double checking our requirements to ensure we wouldn't be disappointed. They needn't have worried - it's a lovely bike and so easy to set up even I could do it. Basically there are about three really obvious things you need to do like attach the pedals etc. The gears were perfect - I have had shakier gear adjustment having bought from new in a shop! Maybe I was just lucky but hell each gear selected changed so smoothly. I am thinking of buying one for myself now. Both bike and vendor highly recommended.

This bike arrives 95% assembled, only a few parts need moved from shipping position for use. A video on the seller's website helpfully shows how to do this. All went well until I got to the pedals, which need to be reversed from the shipping position for use. The right pedal unscrewed and reversed without problem, but the left pedal was very tight and, yes, I know it's left handed thread on that side. After using a lot of force it did loosen but in doing so the spanner slipped and scratched the Via Veneto decal on the frame. That annoyed me because I had put a cloth over the bike frame to protect it from exactly this sort of thing, but it had fallen off during my struggle to undo the pedal nut. Apart from that, I am surprised that there is not a cap over the handlebar adjustment screw, since this is in a recess that definitely will fill up with rainwater and will be a devil to prevent rusting, unless it is stainless steel. Every bike I have ever owned in the past 50 years has had some sort of cap or bung over this screw. Time will tell, but I think I might have to find something to block it up. I saw the other review which suggested that the handlebar was loose, but this wasn't a problem and the handlebar tightened up very firmly in position, just as it should. Now the bike is built it looks very nice and traditional, apart from the scratched decal.

Exactly what I wanted, beautiful bike and I can ride it wearing a very full skirt with no problems! The way the basket attached is a bit flimsy but I've just opted to attach it to the handle bar instead with a couple leather straps, the saddle bags however are great and very stable. It was also super easy to get ready just had to turn a couple screws and turn the handle bars and pedals around. I'm 5'2 and haven't ridden a bike this comfortably in years so I'm very happy with my purchase 👌

Bike was delivered early, so did not take very long at all. Box seemed very heavy but the bike was very well packaged and the box itself weighed a ton, the bike is fantastic. the quality is superb, and the gear change is a dream. Was a little difficult to assemble as the nuts were very tight so hubby helped and we had to google how to angle the handlebars. I bought the flowers from eBay for decoration, and have been out today to loads of smiles and attention from passer byes. The bike just brings joy, from a mountain bike with chunky tyres -very hard to ride to this, which is so comfortable and easy to peddle. I am very pleased.

The bike was a surprise birthday present for my wife, she loved it! It was everything she wanted in a bike, she said “it was a very pretty bike” I was impressed with the quality and value for money as it included a basket, satchel and lights. It only took me 15 minutes to assemble with a handy QR link to a easy to follow U tube video.

Was charged VAT by fedex. False advertisement by Seller. Seller had stated "Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT.". I think this is a chines company pretending to be Italian. Bike will be made in China.

I've had this bike for a few years now and it's still going strong! It's so beautiful and comfortable to ride, plus I was able to get the smaller frame for my 5'2 height 😂 Always get compliments whenever people see it - bike envy!! 😍

Alors là, moi qui étais réticente à acheter un vélo sur le net, je suis fan! Je cherchais un vélo pour faire occasionnellement des balades avec mes enfants ... Tout d'abord la commande est arrivée très rapidement...Je ne m'y attendais pas! (en 5 jours, et 5 jours avant la date annoncée !). Parfaitement emballé ( le carton est très grand), il ne reste pas grand chose à faire une fois le vélo déballé... Régler le guidon, les pédales et la selle, et fixer le panier !!Bref, une affaire de 10 min :)) Puis place à l'admiration ... Non, non, je n' exagère pas :))) Il est juste CA-NON avec son effet rétro!!!!! Il est magnifique!! Il a l'air robuste et est léger! Je me suis empressée d'aller l'essayer ! Que du bonheur!! super maniable, on est super à l'aise avec une posture bien droite, nickel pour le dos, et la selle est juste top! Ah oui, et il possède 6 vitesses , et là encore un pur bonheur... Tout s'enclenche avec une de ces aisances ... Je mesure 1M60 et j'ai commandé la taille 46 ! NICKEL ! Vraiment la taille parfaite! Bref, vous l'aurez compris, autant pour la qualité, le prix ou le design, je recommande ce vélo et ce vendeur à 10 000 % A nous les heures de balades !!!

Enchantée ! J'ai commandé mon vélo via Amazon et il est arrivé en avance sur la date de livraison. Il est magnifique, confortable, était très bien emballé pour le transport ! Facile à monter, il est d'un rapport qualité-prix bien supérieur à ce qui peut nous être proposé par une grande enseigne sportive en Belgique, avec de bien belles finitions, sans compter les accessoires fournis avec le vélo (panier et sacoches) ! Cela nous promet de belles balades en mode "Dolce Vita" !! Je recommande ce vendeur à 100%

I wanted to wait to leave this review in case it fell apart or something, but 6 months later and I couldn't be happier. I was nervous about buying so cheaply online but I shouldn't have been worried. The bike is sturdy, comfortable and really beautiful. I get compliments all the time and it definitely doesn't look like it costs around €300. The bike comes almost fully assembled, so even someone with no bike-building experience can attach the pedals and ride away. The basket is heavy duty and beautiful to look at - I put a lot of shopping in there and eventually the screws came loose and I lost them, but I reattached the basket with cable ties and have had no problems. CONS: - no back brakes, only front brakes - the saddle bags are polyester, not leather. They are small and not sturdy. They look great, but if you carry a lot of groceries home all the time they will not last long. Mine have already ripped and I'm using an ugly but sturdy set from Aldi. - no yellow wheel reflectors (the cops even stopped me for this, so please, buy some!) - I'm 180cm tall and even with 28 " wheels the frame is slightly small, but not uncomfortably so. PROs: - The bike gives you that 'Netherlands' posture where you sit up really straight. You feel confident and look good. - The basket is genuine cane, sturdy and beautiful. - The set up is easy, you can ride shortly after you receive it. - It is absolutely gorgeous-looking. - It's comfortable, with a great saddle. - a cute bell, front and back lights are all included and they come with batteries so you are good to go. - reasonably priced. I love my bike. Highly recommended!

Estoy absolutamente enamorada de la bicicleta! He tenido otras bicis de paseo y como está ninguna! Mido 1.73 y la de 50 me va perfecta, súper alta y elegante. El sillín es muy cómodo y al tener amortiguación va genial. Todos los santos sillines me hacían daño en la zona genital, este no. Es una auténtica gozada conducirla de verdad. El cambio de marchas va de maravilla y subo cuestas como si no hubiera un mañana 🤣🤣🤣. La bicicleta es una auténtica belleza, no pasa desapercibida.

Très heureuse de mon vélo, classieux, j'emmène même mon chien dans le panier. Très bonne qualité
