This hair dye shampoo works extremely well, especially for covering stubborn grays. The application process is simple, but following the directions closely makes a big difference in your results—definitely use it on dry hair as recommended. For resistant gray areas, I suggest leaving it on for the full maximum time to achieve the best coverage. The color payoff is rich and even, and in my experience, it lasts up to about three weeks with regular (weekly) washes. A little caution: this product does stain easily, so be careful during application and wipe up any spills quickly. If you do get it on your skin, witch hazel works effectively to remove the stains. Overall, this is a reliable, easy-to-use option for at-home coloring. I’ve already purchased it twice and will continue to repurchase. I will be buying this hair shampoo from now on, it really works, easy to use and it didn't require much. Had no bad odor, didn't irritate my scalp and lasts for weeks! Loved this product. The shampoo colored my hair in its entirety, even my edges. I recommended this shampoo to several of my friends, I will not gate-keep this coloring shampoo. This is my go to for coloring my hair going forward. I do want to warn you to be careful when applying the shampoo. DO NOT spill it. It will stain your counter, bathtub, wall, etc.. It’s very hard to remove the stain.

Worked perfectly, doesn't damage your hair at all, and makes it pitch black! I find this easier than any other dye because I don't even need to mix anything; I just put it on like shampoo and let it sit as I do other things, and it works perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised when o saw that it truly covered my grays. The pump on the bottle was convenient and helpful. The logos is a bit fluid so prepare to treat it like a medium textured shampoo not a thick texture. The supplies were interesting… I realized I had used one of the rejected gloves as a plastic because found the caps after I rinsed the product from my hair. One of the gloves had to have been made for Sasquatch (see image attached). Fortunately, I keep a box of gloves on hand all the time ☺️. If this color lasts as long as I need for it to last, they have a new client!!! The process was too easy to consider going back to the box mixes. The ease of blending it in and through all strands was easy and effective.

This product actually a game changer for me, I was using traditional Hair color and that really left black marks somewhere and I have to take more care while applying. This product really a relief for a person want to apply color to the Hair. Its just a shampoo applying to your hair and wash. That simple. Awsum product.

i was skeptical about how this would work in a African-American hair. I left it in for about 27 minutes and it dyed my gray to black and it has stayed black for weeks. No scalp irritation no damage to my hair whatsoever. it did not dry my hair out or break it. I recommend this product. The price was great and the volume for that price was excellent.

I usually dye my Microlocs black once or twice a year to give it a fresh not to dull look. My hair is a very dark brown almost black. This worked seamlessly. It even came out with gloves, ear covers, and a drape. I used my own drape. I left it in for abt 15-20 min. Sone of the product ran down my face and neck but came off in the shower with little effort. Would definitely buy again.
