I returned it because I did not need it, but it comes with everything you need. I like the design and the functionality of the product, it is easy to use for exfoliating the face for smoother and even skin tone. This is a good product to spend your money on if you're gonna make time to use it. Your skin has to be saturated with water, and or your face wash or cleansing balm, for it to glide against your skin (like shaving), otherwise it will be a bit harsh. Also, it is too slow for me, I would rather get a face scrubber. You can use it as a face scrubber, too. There are many functions for increasing and decreasing the frequency of the vibrations. It also changes color based on the setting. Its very gentle and you can use it on your lips.

I saw oil come out of my dry forehead. I saw pieces of dead skin flick off my face. Most of all in my age lines the were lifted and looked so much better than any product or tool I had used in the past. It is easy to use, easy to clean and charge. The value for your money is great. What is the cost of a facial? This is a facial you do yourself. One charge did all the options. It was not uncomfortable at all and I am very sensitive.

I really liked this when first purchased. Battery life was great, and the device worked as described. And was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased this end of July 2024, and now 6 months later the battery won't hold a charge at all. I get one use now (2 minutes max) and have to put it back on the charger or else it won't turn on again later the same day. It's best selling point is that it's water proof, but it accumulates condensation on the inside of the display cover which is worrisome as it does not go away.

Don’t believe the hype. DONT BUY I purchased this for Christmas, misplaced it and found it this weekend. It had never been opened. I charged it for a while & it showed fully charged (lcd display works). Only issue - it doesn’t turn on. I used to have an expensive, name brand version of these and it worked for 8years (and I say only that long bc I lost it, not bc it stopped working). This one, brand new out of box and doesn’t work. Of course, it’s months after Christmas so I can’t return or exchange. Money down the drain. I’m disappointed & disgusted that business still feel like it’s ok to produce products like this and sell them outside the dollar store.

Giving it five stars cause it came so early. The effort put into ensuring it arrives way before the date provided is well acknowledged. I think I’m liking this device as it seems good quality for something under $100. Also I’ve been looking for a device like this and happy there is now one

Works great for 2-3 months and something will go wrong. (Won’t charge or just won’t turn on). I purchased 2. Tried to reach out for a replacement because of their “lifetime” warranty but no response.
