I use this and a 3/8 version at work every day and have not had a single issue. They work fantastic for the price. They feel substantial, good grip, good gearing. Can’t find a reason to pay more for something when an item this cheap works so well and is so durable.

I thought for $35 why not try them. I am amazed at how sturdy they are. the 100 tooth ratchet is Smooth and Solid, i really put weight on the 3/8 already and it worked great! The weight and size of the head are what i would expect for a chinese handle but man these are really great! Might just buy some other neiko products and try them out!

I purchased this ratchet in a hurry to remove the underhood NOX sensor from my GMC Sierra diesel engine. The area is very tight, the sensor requires a 22mm socket, and I couldn't get enough leverage with any of my other tools, and I couldn't get the proper angle on the socket with the breaker bar I would usually use for such a stuck item.. It's nice and long and fairly lightweight, and I was successful with the job, however for tight spaces like that it would have been better to have more teeth on the ratchet, because I could only get it to move one click at a time in the tight space that I had. It had no problem handling the torque, and think it's worth the price.

This is a fantastic rachet for the money.Logic, design, quality and implementation are similar -if not the exact same- to Duratech 90T, the chrome one.Good chrome job, laser etched logo.(Prefer the engraved though)Fit and tolerances are almost as good as Facom and Expert by Facom.With 1 or 2, 0,1mm shims (12-16mm or 12-18mm) it gets to a near perfect fit leaving room also for thermal expansion in the greek summer.Advantage, the almost 150mm total length, gives you good leverage to unscrew a tight M8 with a 13/14mm nut.Disadvantage, with 160+ gram weight in that size you can brake a floor tile if it falls from a ladder.Neiko, Duratech, Gearwrench, Facom all 1/4 size in the photo for camparison.Neiko and Duratech 90T are a no brainer for their quality in their (similar) prices.
