A cowboy steak is a large nearby steak. With the bone. Still attached to it, you cook it on the grill season it up. Cook it to taste call today. What I got was single serve steaks. One steak per person that is not what was advertised. I believe there are even laws against that I'll have to check out And if I don't amazon should
