The pieces come in a cardboard box with graphics on it. And the pieces are individually protected in (2) compartmentalized foam trays, one for each color. And there is a “parchment” paper sheet detailing a brief history of the Isle of Lewis Chessmen as well as a bit about Berkeley Chess and their production of this set.

What is a good board for this set?

Please note that a Chess board is not included unless specified. We would recommend a board with squares measuring 50 - 55mm for this set.
