Works as intended. I use this to remove the sticky residue that was left after removing the sticker off of my motorcycle gas tank. It didn’t hurt the paint at all. I also use this to remove the plastic dip off of my wheels. Happy with this product.

I am kind of shocked at how perfectly this worked. One of our car windows broke and we kept it taped up till we could get it a mechanic. Our biggest fear was that the tape would ruin the paint on the vehicle. The goo gone automotive was surprisingly effective at removing the residue left behind from the tape. As long as you let the product sit for a minute or two after spraying it on your vehicle, the residue you are trying to remove will form right off.

Works great! Have used this stuff for years. No issues and seems like the real stuff I get at the store.

Doesn’t seem to be the same formula as I’ve purchased in the past. Not as effective and took much longer to get the stickers off.

Okay, long story short - we have had a vehicle in our garage, now in our driveway, since the beginning of 2023. We were going to trade it in, but someone decided it would be better to fix it up a bit & sell it ourselves... Oh boy, if I knew then what I know now... We are almost there, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel finally - the car-safe tape can be taken off!! But wait! It's not car-safe tape if you leave it on there for years! Between the hot, humid summers & bitter-cold winters of Michigan, that tape became glued on to the car. I thought it would come off easily so I volunteered to do it, and no way, that stuff wasnt coming off. Our newly graduated nephew decided to get into car detailing, great! Perfect, we can hire him right? Well, said nephew says he's going to come over & do it but then stops responding. So, now what? That's where this Goo Gone comes in!!! I cannot below how easily it came off. Sure, there was some scrubbing, but before it wasn't even budging. It works so well, and now the tape is gone from the car! I plan on adding before and after pics when I get home. HIGHLY recommend!

I was surprised at how good this was at getting leftover emblem adhesive off my car. I had even ordered a adhesive removal wheel in the event that this would leave behind artifacts ... But WOW. Just a few light sprays, and if you are working on a panel that would cause the spray to run down, just pat some of it on the adhesive. After a few seconds, grab yourself a plastic razor and the adhesive just melts right off.
