131A 131X Toner Cartridge 4 Pack for HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw

Our company has been purchasing toner cartridge replacements for our HP Laser Jet Pro 200 printer from True Image for many years, mainly because the quality has always been superior and their pricing is very completive. However, on a recent 4 pack purchase, the magenta cartridge started failing very shortly after being installed, leaving large magenta stripes down the entire right side of the page, and there was still over 85% ink left in the cartridge. I sent an email to customer service @ True Image, and Dana, their Customer Car Service Manager responded to the problem within hours. Not even waiting for an RMA process, Dana had replacement cartridges sent to us the next day at no charge, which we received the following day. As a business owner, I have seen a lot of customer service deteriorate over the years, however I'm happy to say that Dana and her Team are an exception. They provided excellent Customer Service! Based on the experience they provided, our company will continue purchasing our toner cartridge replacements form True Image.

I don't usually review stuff I buy on Amazon (laziness), but in this case I'm so impressed that I simply have to share my extreme satisfaction with these toner carts. I was ready to buy a new printer, thinking the thing was a certain goner (I'd replaced the cartridges previously, but no luck). These were a last-ditch effort to save the thing, and wow! totally paid off! It prints better now than when new, which is nearly unbelievable since it must be pushing 15 years old by now. Don't think, just buy!!

Having an older laser Printer that is not locked out from using third party replacement cartridges is great. One of the original Cartridges cost more than this 4 pack. I only used the yellow so far and it works great. The printer I have is the HP Laser Jet pro color M251w I think. The label is somewhat smudged. After installing, it gave me a stern warning that non HP equipment was installed. But after I clicked OK the printer seemed satisfied and never mentioned it again. If the other color cartridges.s perform the same way, I am quite happy. I will update this post if I have any additional experiences. What I like about this product is it came packed well protected but no excessively. The original cartridges come in bulky boxes all in separate boxes that are packer in a larger box, and the is a lot of fluff and waste. This was well packed with all 4 cartridges in one box. They had all the protectors and seals so no toner seeped out. These seemed not refurbished but brand new cartridges. That is great because I had used refurbished cartridges before, that had damaged drums and would print streaky. These here seems factory new and the yellow I have in use is perfect with no visible difference to the original equipment. Great product as it helps to maintain the use of an existing piece of hardware. I absolutely hate, despise, reject the idea of the subscription model HP is going to. I would not take any of their new printers for free. I absolutely love this printer and will ride it into the sunset as long as I can. With these replacement cartridges you can actually afford to do so.

UPDATE! The below story is still 100% true, but after writing it the company reached out to me to fix the issue. They gave me a host of options to make the situation right, and I opted for just replacing the one faulty color cartridge. I had my own customer service agent, responding to my emails back and forth, so polite and so helpful, verified who I was and I had my new ink within days! Its amazing, and working fabulously. Seriously, they've made a customer for life. I bought these back in Sept 2021 because I thought my printer was almost out of ink... well it was... but I print infrequently enough that "being out" meant I had enough to last me till December 2021. These sat in my climate controlled office till then, and I installed them with no problems. My printer put up a "not authorized ink" notice, but after I dismissed it, the printer printed perfectly. I couldn't tell a big difference (now, I don't print anything super important, mostly invoices with a small color picture in one corner) between these and the name brand. Ok, fast forward to mid-January and the trouble started... I've put MAYBE 50 pages through the ink - again, I print like 5 - 10 pages a week though my printer - and all the sudden the blue ink started creating these weird lines on all my pages (see picture). They're broken up lines horizontally, but consistent at about 1 inch intervals down each and every page... Its obnoxious and awful looking. Basically rendering my printer useless for any kind of good printing I need to do. I would've returned it had I not waited so long to need them. This is definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. I tried to go the cheaper route and I got exactly that in return. I will say the black ink prints crisply!

So far so good! I've replaced the yellow and magenta toners and everything is working and printing as it should. Where I was spending approx. $90 for one color, I can now spend half of that for all 4 colors. Especially these days, every penny saved counts, but it's not at the risk of quality. Best of all, their customer service was great! Almost immediately after I installed the yellow toner, I was still receiving a message that I was low on ink and so things I wanted to print in color, defaulted to black. I thought it had to be because of the replacement toner, so I called customer service, which instructed to email. I didn't bother leaving a voicemail and emailed right away instead. A few hours later, I received a call back and the gentleman didn't seem to know my problem, but just called back because my number must've appeared as a missed call. As my mother used to say, "If it's important, they'll leave a message," so I don't even call anyone back whose number I don't know if there is no message left. Anyhow, I explained the situation, the gentleman made some suggestions, and I asked him to call back in a few minutes because I was in the middle of something before I could get to it. He did, and turned out, the problem was user error! I guess I wasn't paying attention when magenta had run out at the same time, so that's where the error message was coming from. Once I replaced that toner, I ran a test print and the error message went away and I've been printing fine ever since. In the meantime, when I went to check my email later that evening, I received an email from another staff saying that they were sending out a replacement yellow toner. I replied that it wasn't necessary as all of this was my fault, but she said that it would still be on its way as they want to provide the best customer service possible. Being in retail myself, I know the costs involved for the product itself and not to mention shipping, so I was very surprised that they would still send me the toner even though nothing was their fault. If they said, "OK, we will cancel the shipment," I would have been perfectly fine with that, as it should've been really. Overall, yes, I highly recommend these toners knowing the support I'll receive if anything ever does go wrong.

Despite it being advertised as compatible with my HP Laser printer it is not. I missed the return window on Amazon and am now out of pocket on this product. Once installed my printer generates an error code and will not work.

The black cartridge was defective, so I contacted customer service. After sending them examples of the print, they ordered a complete set of all four cartridges to be sent to me as a replacement. I've been using their toner for a couple of years without issue and was pleased with their service in this instance.

La calidad de la imagen es excelente, una gran opción si quieres hacer rendir tu dinero en impresiones a color. Espero que el cartucho negro me logré dar un rendimiento similar o aceptable en comparación al original. Buena calidad de impresión en relación al precio. El producto llegó antes de la fecha prevista. Lo único que fallo fue el empaquetado ya que llegó con algunos daños evidentes la caja del producto, sin embargo, los cartuchos no presentaban daños.

I love the price and the quality. I am a graphic designer and do a lot of printing home and this is exactly what I wanted. Great quality.
